heal.abstract	Βασικός στόχος της συγκεκριμένης μεταπτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση της σχέσης μεταξύ πόλης και φύσης, θέτοντας ως κεντρική ερευνητική ερώτηση την εξής: πώς αντιλαμβανόμαστε την σχέση πόλης-φύσης αν λάβουμε υπόψη τα διαφορετικά υποκείμενα που δρουν στον αστικό χώρο και τις σχέσεις που συγκροτούνται μεταξύ τους; Έτσι, η εργασία επικεντρώνεται στην ενσώματη εμπειρία και τον καθημερινό χώρο με σκοπό να αναζητήσει νέους τρόπους ‘μη ανθρωποκεντρικής’ ανάγνωσης της πόλης. Σημείο εκκίνησης της έρευνας είναι το υβριδικό υποκείμενο σκύλος-άνθρωπος και ο τρόπος με τον οποίο αυτό βιώνει, παράγει και διαπραγματεύεται τον χώρο μέσα από τις καθημερινές πρακτικές στην πόλη. Μεθοδολογικά, η παρούσα έρευνα αντλεί το εμπειρικό της υλικό από εν κινήσει συζητήσεις που έλαβαν μέρος κατά τη διάρκεια της καθημερινής βόλτας ανθρώπων και σκύλων στον δημόσιο χώρο του κέντρου της Αθήνας. Η εργασία οργανώνεται σε τρία μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος γίνεται αναφορά σε πρόσφατες αναλύσεις που σχετίζονται με το μεταστρουκτουραλισμό, τον μετανθρωπισμό, τη φεμινιστική σκέψη, τον νέο υλισμό και την συν-αίσθηση. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, η θεωρητική αναζήτηση επικεντρώνεται στην σχέση πόλης και φύσης όπως αυτή έχει εκφραστεί μέσα από διαφορετικά ρεύματα σκέψης. Τέλος, στο τρίτο μέρος, αναλύεται το εμπειρικό υλικό που συλλέχθηκε κατά την ποιοτική έρευνα με βάση τρεις κεντρικές θεματικές: αναγνώσεις της πόλης μέσα από την σχέση ανθρώπου σκύλου· δυναμικές, υλικότητες και συν-αισθήσεις που αναδύονται κατά τις μετακινήσεις στην πόλη με σκύλο· και τέλος, οι μεταλλαγές που βίωσαν τα υποκείμενα εν καιρώ πανδημίας.	el
heal.abstract	This research aims to delve into the long-standing and broad discussion of the relationship between city and nature by addressing the following question: how do we problematize the city-nature relationship if we take into account the different subjects dwelling in urban space and the relationships that are formed between them? This study focuses on embodied everyday practices with the objective to explore and cultivate a more-than-human understanding of the city. The empirical focus is the human-dog subject and the ways that this hybrid experiences, navigates and negotiates the production of urban public space through everyday practices. This study takes a more-than-representational approach to urban research. It embraces an inductive interpretive methodological approach based on in-depth walking interviews during everyday walks with dog companions in the center of Athens. This text is organized into three parts. The first part discusses recent theoretical contributions within the fields of poststructuralism, posthumanism, feminism, new materialism and affect. The second part focuses on the relationship between city and nature as it has been expressed through different currents of thought within urban studies. Finally, in the third part, the empirical material collected during the qualitative research is analyzed based on three central themes: the exploration of more-than-human understandings of the city through the emphasis on human-dog relationships; the emotions, materialities and affects that emerge through human-dog-urban space interactions; and, the ways that these interactions were shaped during the first and second wave of the pandemic.	en
