heal.abstract	Για να διερευνηθεί η εμπορική διάσταση της κατοικίας τη μεταπολεμική περίοδο, καλούμαστε να την εντάξουμε στο ιστορικό πλαίσιο στο οποίο υλοποιείται. Ωστόσο, προκειμένου να μην παραγνωριστεί η σημασία αυτής και μόνο της συγκεκριμένης χρονικής στιγμής κρίνεται απαραίτητο αυτή να τοποθετηθεί πίσω ξανά στην ιστορική κίνηση με σκοπό να φωτίσει τους μετασχηματισμούς οι οποίοι συντελούνται στην κατοικία. Η έντονη παραγωγή κατοικίας που συμβαίνει από τα πρώτα χρόνια μετά τον πόλεμο, παρουσιάζεται σαν η απάντηση στο έλλειμμα κατοικίας που είχε δημιουργηθεί έπειτα από τις καταστροφές. Αυτή η ένταση κατά κύριο λόγο αποτυπώνεται στα αστικά κέντρα στα οποία συγκεντρώνεται πλήθος κόσμου από τη κατεστραμμένη ύπαιθρο προκειμένου να εργαστεί. Η Αθήνα θα αποτελέσει μια πόλη την οποία θα προσεγγίσει το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό του μετακινούμενου πληθυσμού. Επομένως, εμφανίζεται σαν προνομιακό πεδίο για να ερευνήσει κανείς τους μετασχηματισμούς της εμπορικής διάστασης της κατοικίας.	el
heal.abstract	The strong housing production that occurs from the first years after the war, is presented as the answer to the housing deficit that had created after the disasters. This intensity is mainly is primarily reflected in the urban centres where a large number of people are concentrated. from the devastated countryside in order to work. It therefore appears as a privileged field for investigating the transformations of the commercial dimension of housing. The study is structured around two time periods the periods 1950-1960 and 1960-1975. In these periods the historical economic, political and social context is analysed in order to investigate the components and dominant patterns of housing production. This is followed by a summary and conclusions from the preceding analysis. The selection of the historical periods into which the first two parts were divided is directly related to the dominant housing patterns that appear in each of them. For the first post-war decade the dominant pattern of housing production is self-housing - by predominantly popular, while for the next two decades it emerges as the dominant the dominant tenure system. Therefore, this was chosen periodization was chosen in order to make the historical conditions in which each one dominated respectively. However, for for at least a decade these two modes of housing production coexist in the field of the city, each directly influencing the other with in their own way on both social and economic relations.
