heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αφορά λατομείο αδρανών υλικών της εταιρίας ΕΛΑΨ ΑΕ το οποίο βρίσκεται στο νησί της Ρόδου. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, το λατομείο, λόγω τεχνικών προβλημάτων, βρίσκεται σε φάση μετασχηματισμού της λειτουργίας του, ο οποίος συνίσταται αφ’ ενός στον περιορισμό της εκμετάλλευσης και αφ’ ετέρου στην δημιουργία εγκατάστασης επεξεργασίας Αποβλήτων Εκσκαφών, Κατασκευών & Κατεδαφίσεων (ΑΕΚΚ) εντός του χώρου του. Αντίστοιχα, η εργασία μας αποτελείται από δύο σκέλη : 1) Την τεχνική περιγραφή και τον επανασχεδιασμό της εκμετάλλευσης του ασβεστολιθικού πετρώματος με χρήση του προγράμματος Autocad και 2) Την ανάλυση των συγκριτικών πλεονεκτημάτων που θα αποφέρει η ανακύκλωση των ΑΕΚΚ έναντι της εκμετάλλευσης, δηλαδή της αναγκαιότητας αυτής της αλλαγής του μοντέλου λειτουργίας του λατομείου. Επιπροσθέτως, θα παρουσιαστεί χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση του έργου και έμφαση θα δοθεί στις περιβαλλοντικές επιπτώσεις.	el
heal.abstract	The present dissertation concerns a quarry of aggregates of the company ELAI SA which is located on the island of Rhodes. More specifically, the quarry, due to technical problems, is in a phase of transformation of its operation, which consists on the one hand in the reduction of the exploitation and on the other hand in the creation of an Excavation, Construction & Demolition Waste Treatment Plant (AEKK) within its premises. Respectively, our work consists of two parts: 1) The technical description and redesign of the exploitation of limestone rock using the Autocad program and 2) The analysis of the comparative advantages that the recycling of AEKK will bring over the exploitation, ie the necessity this change in the operating model of the quarry. In addition, a financial analysis of the project will be presented and emphasis will be placed on the environmental impact.	en
