heal.abstract	This diploma thesis focuses on the theoretical approach of induction motors parameters in various charges operation. The main objective of the thesis is to create statistical models, for two-poles and four-poles induction motors, which can predict with the maximum accuracy the motor's performance in every operating condition. The models are based on the data values given by the manufacturer’s manual as well as on the regression analysis theory.	en
