heal.abstract	Αντικείμενο της παρούσας ερευνητικής εργασίας αποτελεί η διερεύνηση του ορίου στο χώρο, μέσα από το έργο του Tadao Ando. Βασικός σκοπός είναι η ανάδειξη της σπουδαιότητας της σχέσης μεταξύ της Κατοικίας και του υπαίθριου ιδιωτικού και δημόσιου χώρου. Αναλύονται έννοιες της κατοίκησης και διατυπώνονται οι βασικές αντιλήψεις του ιαπωνικού πολιτισμού για την κατανόηση της σχέσης μεταξύ του χώρου και του ανθρώπου ως ενιαία οντότητα. Ο Τ. Ando σχεδιάζει χώρους ατμοσφαιρικούς, ερμηνεύοντας στοιχεία της ιαπωνικής κουλτούρας με σύγχρονη έκφραση, ενώ παράλληλα επεξεργάζεται τα όρια μεταξύ του εσωτερικού και του εξωτερικού χώρου (φυσικού ή αστικού), με ιδιαίτερα ενδιαφέροντα και δυναμικό τρόπο. Μέσω του διαλόγου αυτού, επικεντρώνεται στη δημιουργία χώρων έντονων εμπειριών, πνευματικότητας και αυτονομίας, όπου οι άνθρωποι εμβαθύνουν στον εαυτό τους . Εστιάζοντας στο έργο του, θα σχολιαστεί πως διαχειρίζεται το ζήτημα του ορίου ιδιαίτερα στις κατοικίες του, ως διαμεσολαβητή και πεδίο επικοινωνίας μεταξύ εσωτερικού–ιδιωτικού και εξωτερικού–δημόσιου χώρου. Υποστηρίζουμε ότι η επεξεργασία των όψεων αποκαλύπτει αυτήν την συνεχή διαλεκτική που βρίσκεται στο επίκεντρο της αρχιτεκτονικής του.	el
heal.abstract	The object of this research is the investigation of the space limit, through the work of Tadao Ando. The main purpose is to highlight the importance of the relationship between the Residence and the outdoor private and public space. Concepts of habitation are analysed and the basic perceptions of Japanese culture are formulated for the understanding of the relationship between space and man as a single entity. T. Ando designs atmospheric spaces, interpreting elements of Japanese culture with a modern expression, while at the same time elaborating the boundaries between indoor and outdoor space (natural or urban), in a very interesting and dynamic way. Through this dialogue, he focuses on creating spaces of intense experiences, spirituality and autonomy, where people deepen themselves. Focusing on his work, will be commented the way he manages the issue of the boundary, especially in his houses, as a mediator and field of communication between internal-private and external-public space. We argue that the elaboration of the facades reveals this continuous dialectic that is the focus of its architecture.	en
