dc.description.abstract	Στη διπλωματική εργασία αυτή περιγράφουμε την Αρχή Μεγίστου του Pontryagin, ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά εργαλεία του Βέλτιστου Έλγχου. Βλέπουμε αναλυτικά την απόδειξη της Αρχης Μεγίστου καθώς και κάποιες γενικεύσεις της. Επιπλέον δείχνουμε τη σχέση Αρχής Μεγίστου και Λογισμού Μεταβολών καθώς και κάποιες ικανές συνθήκες για την ύπαρξη βέλτιστου έλεγχου.	el
dc.description.abstract	In this master thesis we describe Pontryagin's maximum principle, one of the most important tools of optimal control. We give the original proof of the maximum principle by pontryagin and some generalizations. In the third chapter we compare the Maximum Principle with Calculus of Variations. In the fourth Chapter we give some theorems about sufficient conditions which controls must satisly in order to be optimal.	en
