heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αφορά τον σχεδιασμό μιας Δημόσιας Σχολής Οινολογίας στη Νεμέα. Η αμπελοκαλλιέργεια και η οινοπαραγωγή έχουν μια διαρκή παρουσία στην Μεσόγειο και ειδικά στον ελλαδικό χώρο. Το κρασί συνδέεται στενά με τον πολιτισμό, τη θρησκεία και τα έθιμα της περιοχής ενώ η καλλιέργεια της αμπέλου χαρακτηρίζει διαχρονικά το μεσογειακό τοπίο. Η Σχολή Οινολογίας που προτείνουμε, λόγω του αντικειμένου σπουδών και της τοποθεσίας της κρίναμε πως χρειάζεται μια παραγωγική και ερευνητική μονάδα καθώς και φοιτητικές εστίες. Το κτιριολογικό πρόγραμμα προέκυψε από τον συνδυασμό των αναγκών μιας σχολής, ενός οινοποιείου και μιας φοιτητικής εστίας. Το κτίριο αναπτύσσεται γύρω από δύο αυλές με διαφορετικό χαρακτήρα σε άμεση σχέση που λειτουργούν συμπληρωματικά. Οι αυλές διαμορφώνονται από δύο εσωστρεφούς κτιριακούς όγκους σε διατάξεις Γ και Π. Για την καλύτερη προσαρμογή στην έντονη κλίση του οικοπέδου η σχολή αναπτύσσεται σε τρία επίπεδα. Στο κατώτερο επίπεδο σε επαφή με τον αγροτικό δρόμο γύρω από την αυλή εργασιών αναπτύσσονται οι χώροι του οινοποιείου και των εργαστηρίων της σχολής. Στο επίπεδο του ισογείου γύρω από την κεντρική αυλή αναπτύσσονται οι πιο εξωστρεφείς λειτουργίες της σχολής όπως η αίθουσα πολλαπλών χρήσεων, το εστιατόριο, οι αίθουσες διδασκαλίας και η βιβλιοθήκη. Τέλος στο επίπεδο του ορόφου τοποθετούνται οι εστίες για την κάλυψη των αναγκών για ιδιωτικότητα, ηλιασμό και αερισμό.	el
heal.abstract	The present thesis concerns the design of a Public School of Oenology in Nemea. Viticulture and wine production have a constant presence in the Mediterranean and especially in Greece. Wine is closely associated with the culture, religion and customs of the region while the cultivation of the vine has characterized the Mediterranean landscape over time. The School of Oenology that we propose, due to the subject of study and its location, we judged that it needs a production and research unit as well as student dormitories. The building program arose from the combination of the needs of a school, a winery and a dormitory. The building is developed around two courtyards with different character in direct relation with each other. The courtyards are formed by two introverted building volumes. For the best adaptation to the steep slope of the plot, the school is developed on three levels. On the lower level, in contact with the rural road around the work yard, the premises of the winery and the workshops of the school are developed. At the ground floor level, around the central courtyard, the most extroverted functions of the school are developed, such as the multipurpose hall, the restaurant, the classrooms and the library. Finally, at the level of the first floor, the dormitory are placed to meet the needs for privacy, sun exposure and ventilation.	en
