heal.abstract	Για πολλαπλούς λόγους παρακολούθησης της κίνησης εμποριών και όχι μόνο πλοίων στο θαλάσσιο χώρο, η ανίχνευση και ταξινόμηση πλοίων είναι μια σημαντική ερευνητική πρόκληση ιδιαίτερα για την χώρα μας. Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία, μελετήθηκαν διάφορες κατηγορίες πολεμικών πλοίων που υπάρχουν στην Ελλάδα και Τουρκία. Για το κάθε πλοίο βρέθηκαν τα χαρακτηριστικά του, οι διαστάσεις του, τα όπλα που ενδέχεται να φέρει, αν υπάρχουν ραντάρ σε αυτό καθώς και τραβηγμένες ζωντανές φωτογραφίες έτσι ώστε να υπάρχει μία οπτική επαφή για το πως είναι και πως φαίνεται. Αυτό έγινε και για την χώρα της Ελλάδας και για την χώρα της Τουρκίας. Στην συνέχεια με την βοήθεια του qgis και των υποβάθρων της Google Satellite και της Bing Aerial της Microsoft λήφθηκαν εικόνες. Σκοπός είναι να δημιουργηθεί ένα σύνολο δεδομένων ουσιαστικά από διανυσματικά δεδομένα (vector) ψηφιοποίησης σε κανονικοποιημένα (raster), τα οποία να απεικονίζουν το κάθε πολεμικό πλοίο με δύο τιμές, την τιμή 0 και την τιμή 1. Έτσι, με αυτόν τον τρόπο, δημιουργήθηκαν οι δορυφορικές εικόνες ώστε να έχουν δύο τιμές. Στην συνέχεια χρησιμοποιήθηκε ένα μοντέλο, το μοντέλο U-Net. Γράφτηκε κώδικας σύμφωνα με αυτό, με την βοήθεια του οποίου θα μπορεί να βρεθεί αν σε μία εικόνα υπάρχει ή όχι κάποιο πολεμικό πλοίο και σε ποια κατηγορία ανήκει το πλοίο. Εισάγοντας δηλαδή μια εικόνα σε αυτό το μοντέλο υπάρχει δυνατότητα να βρεθεί εάν υπάρχει σε αυτή ή όχι πλοίο.	el
heal.abstract	For multiple reasons monitoring moves, trajectories, speed, direction, etc of sea commercial and not only vessels is of paramount importance. In this engineering diploma thesis, a study was performed in order to find the various categories of warships that exist in both countries. For each ship, its dimensions were found, what weapons it might carry, if there are radars on it, as well as live photographs taken so that there is a visual contact about how it is and how it looks to the eye. This was done both for the country of Greece and for the country of Turkey. Then, with the help of the qgis and the satellites that it has and there are in it, some images of these satellites were taken. The aim is to create an environment essentially a raster file, which depicts each warship with two essential colors (white and black) and give two values to it, namely the value of zero for the sea and the soil (black color) and the value 1.2,etc for the warship depending on its class (white color). This is how satellite images were created in such a way that they had two values. Then a model was used, the U-Net model, and a code was written according to it with the help of which it can be found whether or not in an image there is a warship and if so which category it belongs to. In other words, by inserting an image into this model, it is possible to find out whether or not there is a ship in it.	en
