heal.abstract	Η παρούσα εργασία επικεντρώνεται στα κτίρια μεγάλου ύψους της ευρύτερης περιοχής της Αθήνας, εστιάζοντας, ιδιαίτερα, στην εμπειρία των χρηστών τους. Πρόκειται για κτίρια, τουλάχιστον άνω των εννέα ορόφων, των οποίων η κατασκευή επετράπη λόγω των νέων κανονισμών δόμησης που θεσπίστηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια της δικτατορίας, και κυρίως λόγω της αύξησης του συντελεστή δόμησης. Στόχος της έρευνας, είναι να αναδείξει τα εν λόγω οικοδομήματα, με τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματά τους και να εστιάσει στις εμπειρίες των ίδιων των χρηστών, κατοίκων ή εργαζόμενων. Αξίζει να αναφερθεί πως το πλήθος των κτιρίων αυτών είναι αρκετά περιορισμένο, γεγονός που καθιστά την κατοίκηση ή εργασία σε αυτά, εμπειρία μόνο ενός σχετικά μικρού συνόλου κατοίκων της ευρύτερης περιοχής της Αθήνας. Συγκεκριμένα, με σημείο εκκίνησης έρευνα πρωτογενούς επιπέδου καθώς και έρευνα πεδίου, θα αναλυθούν τα πορίσματα συνεντεύξεων με χρήστες, ποιοτικά και όχι αμιγώς ποσοτικά. Βεβαίως, με στόχο την ολική κατανόηση της εμπειρίας της χρήσης τους και της σημασίας τους για την εποχή εκείνη, θα αναλυθεί η αρχιτεκτονική τους ταυτότητα αλλά και η δημόσια αντίληψη και συζήτηση κατά την περίοδο της οικοδόμησής τους.	el
heal.abstract	This paper examines the high-rise buildings of the greater Athens area, focusing in particular on the experience of their users. These are buildings of at least nine stories or more, whose construction was allowed due to the new building regulations introduced during the dictatorship, and mainly due to the increase in the plot ratio. The research aims to analyze these buildings, their advantages, and disadvantages, and to focus on the experiences of the users themselves, residents or workers. It is worth mentioning that the number of these buildings is quite limited, which suggests that living or working in them is an experience for only a relatively small number of residents of the metropolitan area of Athens. Specifically, starting from primary and field research, the findings of interviews with users will be analyzed qualitatively rather than purely quantitatively. Of course, to gain a complete understanding of the experience of their use and their importance at the time, their architectural identity, as well as the public perception and debate during the period of their construction, will be analyzed.	en
