heal.abstract	Η παρούσα εργασία προσπαθεί να προσεγγίσει το ζήτημα της ενοποίησης της πόλης και της φύσης, μιας σχέσης που έχει φθαρεί από τους σύγχρονους ρυθμούς ζωής, εξετάζοντας μια περιοχή στους πρόποδες του Υμηττού. Πάνω στην οριογραμμή του βουνού με τις γειτονιές της Ηλιούπολης, του Βύρωνα και του Καρέα, σε ένα τόπο μεταβατικό, που είναι κατάφυτος και λειτουργεί σαν απόδραση για την γειτονιά, αλλά ταυτόχρονα και πολύ πληγωμένος από την ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση, τοποθετούμε το θέμα μας. Μια πύλη προς το βουνό, ένα πέρασμα από την πόλη στη φύση, ένα κέντρο που θα εκπαιδεύει, θα αφυπνίζει και θα δραστηριοποιεί τη γειτονιά μέσα από τη βιωματική εμπειρία και την έμπρακτη επαφή του ατόμου με το περιβάλλον. Ένα κέντρο για την γειτονιά που όμως δεν θα μένει μόνο στην θεωρητική προσέγγιση γύρω από την περιβαλλοντική εκπαίδευση αλλά θα προσφέρει μια συνολική εμπειρία στον επισκέπτη, ο οποίος πλέον βιωματικά θα μαθαίνει να σέβεται και να εκτιμά το φυσικό πλούτο που του προσφέρεται απλόχερα. Μέσα από ένα σύνολο δραστηριοτήτων που θα πραγματοποιούνται εκεί αλλά και στον υπόλοιπο Υμηττό μέσα από μονοπάτια που ξεκινούν από την περιοχή μας και εξελίσσονται στο βουνό, δημιουργείται ένα ολοκληρωμένο βίωμα και εντάσσεται οργανικά στη ζωή και την καθημερινότητα των ανθρώπων της γειτονιάς.	el
heal.abstract	The present work tries to approach the question of the integration of the city and nature, a relationship that has been eroded by the rhythm of modern life, by examining an area at the foot of Hymettos. We place our subject on the boundary line of Hymettos with the neighborhoods of Ilioupoli, Vironas and Kareas, in a transitional place, which is verdant and functions as an escape for the neighborhood, but at the same time is very damaged by human intervention. A gateway to the mountain, a passage from the city to nature, a center that will educate, awaken and involve the people of the neighborhood through the experience and practical contact of the individual with the environment. A center for the neighborhood that will not only focus on the theoretical approach to environmental education but will offer a comprehensive experience to the visitor, who will now experientially learn to respect and appreciate the natural wealth that is generously offered to him. Through a set of activities that will be carried out there but also in the rest of Hymettos through paths that start from our area and continue in the mountain, a complete experience is created and is organically integrated into the life and daily routine of the people of the neighborhood.	en
