heal.abstract	Σκοπός της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση και συγκριτική ανάλυση των προτύπων χωρικής οργάνωσης του οδικού δικτύου που διαμορφώνονται στο αστικό/οικιστικό ιστό, με απώτερο στόχο την διερεύνηση της ασφαλούς μετακίνησης και διεξόδων διαφυγής από τον αστικό και οικιστικό ιστό σε περιπτώσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης. Περίπτωση αναφοράς και μελέτης της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η φονική πυρκαγιά που ξέσπασε στις 23/7/2018 στο Νταού Πεντέλης, καταλήγοντας στον οικισμό Μάτι, προκαλώντας ανυπολόγιστες καταστροφές αλλά και την απώλεια ανθρώπινων ζωών. Το μεθοδολογικό πλαίσιο καθορίστηκε με σκοπό να μελετηθεί και να συγκριθεί το πως διαμορφώνεται το χωρικό πρότυπο του οδικού δικτύου για δύο διαφορετικά σενάρια μελέτης. Τα σενάρια αυτά λαμβάνουν υπόψιν τη τριαδική διαλεκτική των εννοιών του χώρου. Η διαλεκτική αυτή αφορά τις Χωρικές Πρακτικές (Spatial Practices), οι οποίες εντάσσουν μια στενή συσχέτιση εντός του αντιλαμβανόμενου χώρου (Perceived Space), ανάμεσα στην καθημερινότητα, τα δρομολόγια και τα δίκτυα που ενώνουν χώρους του αστικού ιστού που σχετίζονται με την εργασία, την «ιδιωτική» ζωή και την αναψυχή (Lefebvre, 1974), τις Αναπαραστάσεις του Χώρου (Representations Of Space), οι οποίες συντελούν το σχεδιασμένο χώρο (Conceived Space) των πολεοδόμων και των τεχνοκρατών (Lefebvre, 1974) που αποσκοπούν στην δόμηση της σημειολογίας σύμφωνα με την οποία θα γίνονται αντιληπτές οι κοινωνικές πρακτικές και τέλος οι Χώροι Αναπαράστασης (Representational Spaces), οι οποίοι αναφέρονται στο χώρο που σχετίζεται με την διαβίωση (Lived Space), το χώρο των κατοίκων, την κίνηση και τις αισθήσεις, το χώρο που παράγεται από το σώμα στις καθημερινές πρακτικές (Lefebvre, 1974). Αυτή η τριμερής διαλεκτική, όπως έχει εκφραστεί από τους Alan Penn, Bill Hillier, David Banister, Jun Xu (1998), αποτελεί μια κοινωνική θεωρία για τον χώρο, όπου συνυπάρχουν όλα της τα μέρη και μαζί απαρτίζουν το χώρο (Λυκογιάννη, 2011). Στο πρώτο σενάριο θα μελετηθεί η διαμόρφωση του χωρικού προτύπου του οδικού δικτύου με τη μέθοδο της συντακτικής ανάλυσης δηλαδή πως αντιλαμβάνεται ο άνθρωπος το χώρο που ζει και κινείται και στο δεύτερο σενάριο θα μελετηθεί το πολεοδομικό πρότυπο με τη μέθοδο της Πολυκριτηριακής Ανάλυσης.	el
heal.abstract	The purpose of the present thesis is to analyse and compare the configuration of the road network in order to examine the possible existence of safe routes in the residential space in cases of emergency, like the wildfires that occur in the general urban space. Study case for this thesis and the main inspiration, is the wildfire of 23/7/2018, that was ignited in Ntaou Penteli and was spreaded inside the urban space, destroying the summer location of Mati. This wildfire ended with killing 102 people and causing multiple urban disasters. The methodology plan was to analyse, examine and compare the spatial configuration patterns of the road network for two different road configuration scenarios. These scenarios were the Syntactic Configuration using Space Syntax and the General Configuration occurring from Road Categories and Road Slopes. Space Syntax and Multi-Criteria Decision Methods, specifically Analytic Hierarchy Process was used for the execution of the project. Angular Analysis was chosen to examine the syntactic pattern of the road network of the area. Specifically Angular Choice and Angular Integration was calculated in order to analyse the urban configuration and the movement of the population. The analysis was conducted for both Local and Global scales in order to locate and study the different configurations and the variety in population’s movement in the urban space. Concluding the space syntax analysis, the Attraction Reach tool was used for locating the service areas of the hydrants and the number of them was included in those areas, in case of emergency of a wildfire. Continuing the methodology of the project, the Analytic Hierarchy Process was conducted, with road network as the main variable. The purpose of the AHP was to examine and compare the functionality of the two scenarios’ spatial configuration. In this stage of the methodology, the GIS was extensively used and the total number of the sub-criteria was 11, including the road network. All the sub-criteria were related to the incidents of wildfires and the variables that affect them. All two scenarios were examined in the three execution stages. The difference between the three stages was the number of the participating sub-criteria. Finally, the comparison analysis between the usage rates of the original and the final road network configuration data was done, for the scenarios of High Angular Choice and Road Categories. Also, a Pearson’s correlation analysis was done for the final data.	en
