heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος Σπουδών της Σχολής Αγρονόμων και Τοπογράφων Μηχανικών - Μηχανικών Γεωπληροφορικής και εκπονήθηκε στον Τομέα Γεωγραφίας και Περιφερειακού Σχεδιασμού με επιβλέπουσα την καθηγήτρια Ε.Μ.Π. Αναστασία Στρατηγέα. Ολοκληρώθηκε τον Οκτώβριο του 2022. Ως περιοχή μελέτης της εργασίας ορίζεται ο Δήμος Φοινίκης στην Αλβανία, ο οποίος αποτελεί έναν νεοσύστατο δήμο στο νότιο τμήμα της χώρας, στα σύνορα με την Ελλάδα. Η περιοχή στην οποία βρίσκεται ο Δήμος ξεχωρίζει για την πλούσια πολιτιστική και ιστορική κληρονομιά της, καθώς και το πλούσιο φυσικό της περιβάλλον. Ο στόχος της εν λόγω εργασίας είναι η εκπόνηση μιας ολοκληρωμένης μελέτης για την περιοχή του Δήμου Φοινίκης, δίνοντας έμφαση στην ανάδειξη των κύριων πλεονεκτημάτων της και στην εξάλειψη των αδυναμιών της, με στόχο την επίτευξη της βιώσιμης και ανθεκτικής ανάπτυξής της. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, αναλύονται και αξιολογούνται τα διαθέσιμα δεδομένα για την περιοχή μελέτης, και κατατίθενται προτάσεις με στόχο τη μελλοντική, βιώσιμη και ανθεκτική, ανάπτυξή της.	el
heal.abstract	This Diploma Thesis was carried out in the context of the study program of the School of Rural, Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering, and was accomplished in the Department of Geography and Regional Planning under the supervision of Anastasia Stratigea, Professor NTUA in October 2022. The study area of this work is the Municipality of Finiqi, Albania, which is a newly established municipality, located in the southern part of the country next to the border with Greece. The area of the municipality stands out for its rich cultural and historical heritage as well as its distinct natural environment. The aim of the Thesis is the preparation of a comprehensive study for the Municipality of Finiqi, highlighting its main advantages and handling its weaknesses, with the aim of achieving a sustainable and durable future development. Towards this end, the available data for the study area are analyzed and evaluated, and proposals are made for serving the aforementioned goal.	en
