heal.abstract	Η παρούσα Διπλωματική Εργασία μελετά τη συντήρηση και Αποκατάσταση του μνημειακού κτηρίου της Καπναποθήκης των Αδελφών Παπαπέτρου στο Αγρίνιο, με στόχο μια ολοκληρωμένη πρόταση Επανάχρησής της. Η εργασία χωρίζεται σε τρεις κύριες θεματικές ενότητες, αρχίζοντας με μια έρευνα για την πόλη, τον καπνό και τις καπναποθήκες, με βιβλιογραφικές αναφορές, σε εργασίες και τεκμήρια φωτογραφιών και χαρτών και ολοκληρώνεται με την πρόταση της Εργασίας. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, στο πρώτο μέρος παρουσιάζεται η έρευνα για την ιστορία της πόλης του Αγρινίου σε σχέση με τον καπνό, αλλά και για τον σχεδιασμό και την αρχιτεκτονική της πόλης, την πολεοδομία της, τη μορφολογία των κτηρίων της και τις καπναποθήκες της. Εδώ, παρεμβάλλεται και μία σύντομη αναφορά στην επεξεργασία του καπνού, από την προετοιμασία της καλλιέργειας έως και την εμπορική επεξεργασία του. Το δεύτερο μέρος αφιερώνεται στην ιστορία της Καπναποθήκης Παπαπέτρου και διεξοδικά στην τεχνική περιγραφή του κτηρίου. Στο τρίτο μέρος, παρουσιάζεται, σε διάφορα στάδια, η πρόταση αποκατάστασης και νέων χρήσεων. Προτείνεται, αρχικά, η δημιουργία ενός πολιτιστικού δικτύου που θα έχει κάποια συνοχή στην πόλη. Η πρόταση αποτυπώνεται πρώτα σε κλίμακα τοπογραφικού και έπειτα συνεχίζεται σε κλίμακα κτηρίου. Στη συνέχεια, μέσω αρχιτεκτονικών σχεδίων, σχεδιαγραμμάτων, σκίτσων και φωτογραφιών (ως αναφορά) γίνεται η παρουσίαση της μετατροπής σε χώρους Καλλιτεχνικών Εργαστήριων και Δημοτικής Βιβλιοθήκης. Συγκριμένα γίνεται παρουσίαση της διαμόρφωσης των χώρων και των διαφόρων νέων μεταλλικών κατασκευών, με την προσέγγιση του θέματος να βασίζεται σε έννοιες της Προσαρμόσιμης Αρχιτεκτονικής.	el
heal.abstract	This Diploma Project studies the conservation and restoration of the Tobacco Warehouse Papapetrou in Agrinio, with the aim of a comprehensive proposal for the monument’s Reuse. The project is divided into three sections, beginning with a survey of the city, the tobacco and the tobacco warehouses, with references of bibliography, thesis, and photographic and map evidence, and concluding with the Project's proposal. More specifically, the first part presents the research on the history of the city of Agrinio in relation to tobacco, but also on the planning and architecture of the city, its urban planning, the morphology of its buildings and its tobacco warehouses. A brief reference to the processing of tobacco is mention, from the preparation of the crop to its commercial processing. The second part is dedicated to the history of the Papapetrou Tobacco Warehouse and the technical description of the building. In the third part, the proposal for restoration and new uses is presented. Initially, It is proposed to create a cultural network in coherence with the city. The proposal is first designed on a city scale and then on the building scale. Then, through architectural plans, diagrams, sketches and photographs (as a reference) the transformation into spaces for Creative Workspaces and public Library is presented. Specifically, the project is approached with the presentation of the configuration of the spaces and the various new metal structures that is based on concepts of Adaptable Architecture.	en
