heal.abstract	Η ιδιαιτερότητα του Ελαιώνα, σχεδόν σαν εξαίρεση μέσα στην πόλη, θέτει την προβληματική που οδηγεί τελικά στον σχεδιασμό του αστικού πάρκου. Αφορμή αποτελούν οι προσωπικοί προβληματισμοί για την Αθήνα και τον τρόπο που η πόλη εξελίσσεται, ενώ κρίσιμη προκύπτει η ανάγκη να βρεθούν σε αυτή χώροι πράσινοι, δημόσιοι και προσβάσιμοι. Η περίπτωση του Ελαιώνα φαίνεται ελκυστική, σαν no man’s land, εκεί που ισχύουν άλλα μέτρα κι άλλα σταθμά. Η πόλη υπάρχει σαν σκηνικό, η κλίμακα διαστέλλεται, το οδικό δίκτυο συνίσταται σε αδιέξοδα ή όρια αδιαπέρατα, η φύση φαίνεται να επαναδιεκδικεί όσα ο άνθρωπος εγκατέλειψε, σαν άγριο τοπίο. Η χαρτογραφική και βιωματική ανάλυση του Ελαιώνα επιβεβαιώνουν την πολυπλοκότητα του τόπου και η απόφαση να σχεδιαστεί το πάρκο στο κέντρο αυτού όχι μόνο δεν την αναιρεί, αλλά την περιλαμβάνει συνειδητά. Το πάρκο συντίθεται σε σχέση με την πόλη, υπάρχει και αναφέρεται σε αυτή με τρόπο που του αποδίδεται η ιδιότητα του αστικού. Στο πρώτο στάδιο του σχεδιασμού προκύπτει η διαδρομή που φέρει την κίνηση στο κέντρο του πάρκου, η οποία εντείνεται με τη διαμόρφωση των υψομετρικών καμπύλων και την προτεινόμενη φύτευση. Το ρέμα που υφίσταται, το μοναδικό στην Αθήνα, συνιστά εξίσου καθοριστικό παράγοντα στη σύνθεση των διαφορετικών ειδών που συγκροτούν τη φύτευση, των διαδρομών που περιγράφουν επιπλέον το πάρκο και τη διαχείριση των ορίων. Το πάρκο ολοκληρώνεται με σαφή πρόθεση να δημιουργήσει ένα χώρο οικείο και προσβάσιμο, ενώ η συνολική εμπειρία εξαρτάται σημαντικά από τη φύτευση που προτείνεται και αποτελεί κατεξοχήν εργαλείο σχεδιασμού.	el
heal.abstract	The particularity of Eleonas, almost like an exception in the city, addresses the problem that ultimately leads to the design of the urban park. The cause derives from the personal reflection on Athens and the way the city is evolving, while the need for green, public and accessible spaces is critical. The case of Eleonas emerges attractive, a no man's land, where its own rules apply. The city exists as background, the urban scale expands, the route network consists of dead ends or cut off boundaries, nature seems to reclaim what man abandoned, like a wild landscape. The cartographic and experiential analysis of Eleonas confirm the complexity of the locus and the decision to design the park in the center does not cancel it, but includes it consciously. The park, given the urban attribute, is designed in reference to the city. The first stage of design includes the main route that receives the pedestrian motion in the center of the park and takes place along with the formation of the elevation curves and the proposed vegetation. The existing stream, the only one in Athens, is an equally notable factor in the composition of the park, the paths that describe it further, the boundaries and the combination of the different planting species. The park is completed with an obvious intention to create an intimate and accessible space, while the overall experience depends on the significant compositional tool of vegetation.	en
