heal.abstract	Η παρούσα εργασία αφορά στη μελέτη αποκατάστασης του κτηρίου του Ομίλου Ερετών στον Πειραιά. Ο Όμιλος Ερετών είναι κωπηλατικός σύλλογος του Πειραιά και αποτελεί τον αρχαιότερο εν ενεργεία αθλητικό σύλλογο στην Ελλάδα, με έτος ίδρυσης το 1885. Το 1888 οι ιδρυτές του Ομίλου αποφάσισαν την μεταφορά των εγκαταστάσεων, από την τότε γωνία του Φαληρικού όρμου, στο Πασαλιμάνι. Το κτήριο, στο οποίο στεγάζεται ο όμιλος μέχρι σήμερα, έχει κηρυχθεί από το 1994, ως ιστορικό διατηρητέο μνημείο από το Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού. Αποτελεί ένα από τα ελάχιστα κτήρια που σώζονται σήμερα με αυτή τη λειτουργία, ενώ παρουσιάζει ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον τόσο μορφολογικό όσο και κατασκευαστικό.	el
heal.abstract	The content of this study is the restoration of the building of the Ereton Club in Piraeus. Ereton Club is a rowing club of Piraeus and is the oldest active sports club in Greece, founded in 1885. In 1888 the founders of the Club decided to move the facilities, from the then corner of Faliriko bay, to Pasalimani. The building, which houses the club until today, has been declared a historic monument by the Ministry of Culture since 1994. It is one of the few buildings that survive today with this function, while it is of particular interest both morphologically and structurally. To place the building in a spatial and architectural context, reference is made to elements of the wider area, both of Piraeus and the Zea Harbour, while we take a look at the historical background of the Club. Then, the current condition of the building is presented, as it was recorded during the on site survey and based on the bibliographic and archival research, its history is investigated. 2 Having understood the construction phases of the building and its structural features, reference is made to its pathology, in order to identify the damage and wear and to assess its condition. Following these, the restoration proposal of the building is presented, which includes interventions necessary for its static reinforcement, proposals for shaping its interiors and facades, based on its previous phases, removal of elements that alter its shape, with the main problem, being the aluminum construction of the extension of the upper floor and finally the creation of a new space next to the historic building, which will serve the operational needs of the Club, without offending its form. The aim of the restoration proposal suggested by the present study is, to respect the building during the operation, to preserve its structure and style, to find the best possible solution to the needs arising from its use and to highlighting its significance as a historical monument.	en
