heal.abstract	Με αφορμή την έρευνά μας για την αρχιτεκτονική της απόλαυσης, αναζητήσαμε τα ίχνη της Ριβιέρας την περίοδο του Μεσοπολέμου στην Ιταλία και Γαλλία εστιάζοντας στις τοπιακές κι ανθωπογενείς παρεμβάσεις με στόχο την απόλαυση και την ευεξία. Μας κέντρισε το ενδιαφέρον η Ιταλική κληρονομιά και το αποτυπώμα στην Ελλάδα και συγκεκριμένα στη Ρόδο. Η παρούσα διπλωματική έχει στόχο αφενός την ανάδειξη του φυσικού πλούτου της περιοχής μελέτης (παράκτιο πάρκο Καλλιθέας Ρόδου) σε σχέση με τις υφιστάμενες εγκαταστάσεις απόλαυσης κι αφετέρου την εναρμόνιση του φυσικού κι ανθρωπογενούς περιβάλλοντος μέσα από τον επαναπροσδιορισμό της ανθρώπινης ζωής στο δημόσιο χώρο. Η μεθοδολογική προσέγγιση αυτή έχει στόχο να αναδειχθούν οι γεωμετρίες του αναγλύφου της περιοχής δημιουργώντας όμως παράλληλα συνθήκες κατάλληλες για ανθρώπινες δραστηριότητες όπως η περιήγηση, η διαβίωση, η ψυχαγωγία, το παιχνίδι, οι αθλητικές δραστηριότητες και επαφή με τη φύση χωρίς να αλλοιώνεται η μορφολογία του τοπίου. Η μελέτη της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας επικεντρώνεται στην ανάλυση κι αναζήτηση όλων των αρχιτεκτονικών στοιχείων που ορίζουν την αρχιτεκτονική της απόλαυσης. Ως εκ τούτου, οι βασικοί άξονες του σχεδιασμού μας αναπτύσσονται στο παράκτιο πάρκο [μονοπάτια (κινήσεις- διαδρομές) και σημεία στάσης-ανάπαυσης και χαλάρωσης (ανοιχτοί χώροι-πλατείες-κυκλικοί κόμβοι, στέγαστρα)] και στην ακτογραμμή [περίπατος (promenade-lungomare), λουτρά και κολυμβητικές εγκαταστάσεις (τεχνητές και φυσικές)]. Η συνολική πρότασή μας πραγματεύεται ένα νέο σενάριο διαχείρισης του δημόσιου χώρου σε δύο επίπεδα, του παράκτιου πάρκου και της ακτογραμμής προτείνοντας λειτουργίες διαμορφώνοντας «νέες» χωρικές εμπειρίες αναδεικνύοντας το ιταλικό αποτύπωμα.	el
heal.abstract	Prompted by our research on architecture of delight, we have searched for traces of Riviera during the Interwar in Italy and France. Our interest was focused on the landscape and human interventions with a view to delight and wellbeing. Our interest was aroused by the Italian cultural heritage and its influence in Greece and particularly in Rhodes Island. The purpose of this thesis is to accent the natural wealth of the region studied (the coastal park of Kallithea, Rhodes) in relation to the existing facilities of delight. On the other hand, it explores the harmonization of natural and human created environment through the redefinition of human life in the public place. This methodological approach aims at stressing the geometries of the relief of region. In the same time, its ambition is to create the appropriate context in which human activities, such as life, strolls, entertainment, play, sports activities and contact with nature, can take place without degrading the morphology of natural relief. This research focuses on the analysis and search of all architectural characteristics that define the architecture of pleasure. For this reason, the basis of design is developed in the coastal park (pathways-movements and routes) and stop-rest points (open places, squares, roundabouts, shelters), and in shoreline (promenade, lungomare), baths, spas and swimming facilities (natural or artificial). Our overall proposal supports a new scenario of public place management on two levels: the one that refers to the coastal park, and the other to the shoreline. A series of functions have been proposed in order to create “new” spatial experiences and highlight the Italian trace.	en
