heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική εργασία διερευνά την δυνατότητα ενίσχυσης της πολιτιστικής ταυτότητας της δημοτικής ενότητας της Παλαίρου τοπικά αλλά και ως υπερτοπικός πόλος της ευρύτερης περιοχής. Το εγχείρημα διεξάγεται στο δημοτικό οικόπεδο του οικισμού στο δυτικό παραθαλάσσιο μέτωπο, σε γειτνίαση με τους προαύλιους χώρους των γυμνασίου και λυκείου. Αφορμή για την παρούσα εργασία αποτέλεσε η διαχείριση του δημόσιου χώρου με επίκεντρο στο σχεδιασμό τον πολίτη αλλά και ικανοποιώντας τις ανάγκες των τουριστικών υποδομών δίνοντας έμφαση στον πολιτισμό και την αναψυχή χωρίς τον συνδυασμό με έντονες χρήσεις εστίασης. Το πρόγραμμα κατηγοριοποιείται σε τέσσερις τομείς: Διοίκηση/ Εκπαίδευση – Πολιτισμός – Αναψυχή/περιορισμένη εστίαση/δημόσιος χώρος συναθροίσεων - Προσωρινός ελλιμενισμός σκαφών. Αρθρώνεται γύρω από την πλατεία (FORUM CIVITAS) και προσδοκά την απόδοση του χώρου στους πολίτες και τους επισκέπτες. Απαρτίζεται από το επίπεδο τμήμα της πλατείας (αγορά) που αποτελεί εκτόνωση των περιμετρικών χώρων, ανοιχτό αμφιθέατρο και συνέχεια της πλατείας σε δύο επίπεδα με ήπια συνεχή κλίση. Στον τομέα Διοίκηση/εκπαίδευση του προγράμματος ανήκει το Θέατρο και τα εργαστήρια, στον τομέα Πολιτισμού το μουσείο και ο ξενώνας των αρχαιολόγων, στον τομέα Αναψυχής το μπελβεντέρε, καταστήματα, αναψυκτήριο και μεταλλική γέφυρα ενώ ο προσωρινός ελλιμενισμός πραγματοποιείται με την αποβάθρα στη θάλασσα. Το πρόγραμμα συμπληρώνεται από υπόγειο βοηθητικό χώρο στάθμευσης και ΗΜ εγκαταστάσεων.	el
heal.abstract	The possibility of enhancing the cultural identity of the Palairos Municipal Unity is being explored, both locally and as a transcendental pole of the wider area. The proposal is deployed on a municipal area of the settlement on the western seaside front, in proximity to the courtyards of the Gymnasium and High School. The motive of this work was the management of the public space, its design being focused on the citizen but also on the satisfaction of the needs for tourist infrastructure, by emphasizing on culture and leisure, nevertheless without combining them with strong catering uses. The program is categorized into four areas: Administration/Education - Culture - Recreation/limited focus/public gathering space - Temporary boat mooring. The proposal is articulated around the Square (Forum Civitas) and expects the usage of space by citizens and visitors. It consists of the flat part of the square (market), which is an expansion of the surrounding spaces, an open amphitheater and the continuation of the square in two levels with a mild slope. The Program Management/Education includes the theater and laboratories, the field of Culture includes the Museum and the Hostel of Archaeologists, the Leisure Department includes the belvedere, shops, refreshment and metal bridge, while temporary mooring is performed through the dock. The program is complemented by underground auxiliary parking and other electromechanical facilities.	en
