heal.abstract	Η μελέτη ερευνά τη δημιουργία ενός νέου αγροτικού συνεταιρισμού στο Λεμονοδάσος του Πόρου, μία γεωργική έκταση 500 περίπου στρεμμάτων στην βορειοανατολικη ακτή της Πελοποννήσου. Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει σήμερα το Λεμονοδάσος, η πρόταση επιχειρεί να ανασυστήσει μία νέα αγροτική κοινωνία. Αντιμετωπίζοντας την λειψυδρία προτείνει την συντήρηση του παραδοσιακού συστήματος άρδευσης με ¨κοντίτα¨ και την ενίσχυσή του με τη δημιουργία ενός συστήματος συλλογής νερού. Έξι εξωποτάμιες δεξαμενές, προσεκτικά τοποθετημένες μέσα στο τοπίο, συλλέγουν το βρόχινο νερό που καταλήγει στα ρέματα κατά τους χειμερινούς μήνες και το αποδίδουν την εποχή του ποτίσματος. Η πρόταση συμπληρώνεται με την υλοποίηση τριών επεμβάσεων μικρότερης κλίμακας. Εκκινώντας από την είσοδο του Λεμονοδάσους δημιουργείται στην Πλάκα ένας νέος χώρος συγκέντρωσης για τους ντόπιους στην ύπαιθρο. Ανηφορίζοντας ανάμεσα στα περιβόλια δίπλα στην μεγάλη ανοιχτή δεξαμενή προτείνεται ένα φυτώριο για την διάσωση και τον πολλαπλασιασμό του φυτικού αποθέματος του Λεμονοδάσους. Τέλος, το μονοπάτι ανηφορίζει ανάμεσα στους σωζόμενους νερόμυλους δημιουργώντας στην ταβέρνα του Καρδάση μια βεράντα με θέα το Αιγαίο.	el
heal.sponsor	The study explores the establishment of a novel rural cooperative in Lemonodasos, Poros, encompassing an agricultural expanse of approximately 500 hectares on the northeastern shoreline of the Peloponnese. With a profound understanding of the prevailing challenges afflicting Lemonodasos, the proposal endeavors to regenerate a new agrarian community. Addressing the pressing issue of water scarcity, it proposes the preservation of the traditional irrigation system using "kontita" and emphasizes the importance of reinforcing it through the implementation of a water collection system. Meticulously positioned within the landscape, six off-river reservoirs amass the precipitation that cascades into the streams during the winter months, subsequently disbursing it during the irrigation season. The proposal is complemented by the implementation of three smaller-scale interventions. Embarking from the entrance of Lemonodasos, a new gathering space for locals in the countryside is created in Plaka. Ascending among the orchards adjacent to the expansive open reservoir, a nursery dedicated to the conservation and propagation of Lemonodasos' botanical heritage is proposed. Ultimately, the pathway ascends amidst the carefully preserved watermills and culminates at the Kardasis tavern, unveiling a terrace overlooking the expanse of the Aegean Sea.	en
