heal.abstract	Με την παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία προτείνεται η δημιουργία ενός κέντρου επιχειρηματικής καινοτομίας και έρευνας στην Λεμεσό. Ένα κέντρο που πέρα από την καινοτομία απευθύνεται και στην κοινωνία. Το κτήριο εναντιώνεται στην κυρίαρχη τάση που επικρατεί στην πόλη και προτείνει ένα νέο μοντέλο διαχείριση του υπαίθριου χώρου. Μια κτηριακή τυπολογία που δίνει έμφαση στο δημόσιο χώρο. Ένα κτήριο προσβάσιμο απο όλους με πολυχριστικούς χώρους. Το κτήριο χωρίζεται σε τρεις ενότητες. Στην πρώτη ενότητα στο επίπεδο του ισογείου, προτείνεται μια δημόσια ζώνη ενσωματωμένη σε ένα αστικό πάρκο. Στην δεύτερη ενότητα βρίσκεται το συνεδριακό κέντρο και διάφοροι τεχνικοί χώροι. Τέλος, στην τρίτη ενότητα είναι το κέντρο επιχειρηματικής καινοτομίας και έρευνας. Η διπλωματική χωρίζεται σε επτά ενότητες. Στην πρώτη ενότητα διατυπώνονται και αιτιολογείται η ανάγκη της χρήσης που προτείνεται. Στην δεύτερη ενότητα αιτιολογείται η χωροθέτηση της συγκεκριμένης περιοχής ενδιαφέροντος. Στην τρίτη ενότητα εμβαθύνετέ η μελέτη στην περιοχή ενδιαφέροντος. Στην τέταρτη ενότητα παρουσιάζονται οι αρχιτεκτονικές προθέσεις - διαγράμματα και το τελικό μάστερ πλαν του οικοπέδου. Στην πέμπτη ενότητα παρουσιάζονται τα αρχιτεκτονικά σχέδια (κατόψεις – τομές – όψεις), φωτορεαλιστικά και το λειτουργικό διάγραμμα του τρόπου ανάπτυξης των χώρων των γραφείων στην ενότητα 3 του κτηρίου. Η τελευταία ενότητα αναφέρεται σε τεχνικά και οικοδομικά ζητήματα.	el
heal.abstract	This thesis proposes the creation of a business innovation and research center in Limassol. A center that, beyond innovation, also addresses society. The building opposes the prevailing trend in the city and proposes a new model of outdoor space management. A building typology that emphasizes public space. A building accessible to all with multi-purpose spaces. The building is divided into three sections. In the first module at the ground floor level, a public zone integrated into an urban park is proposed. The second section houses the conference center and various technical areas. Finally, the third section is the business innovation and research center. Diplomacy is divided into seven sections. In the first section, the need for the proposed use is formulated and justified. In the second section, the zoning of the specific area of interest is justified. In the third section, the study deepens in the area of interest. The fourth section presents the architectural intentions - diagrams and the final master plan of the plot. In the fifth section, the architectural plans (plans - sections - views), photo-realistic, and the functional diagram of how to develop the office spaces in section 3 of the building are presented. The last section refers to technical and construction issues.	en
