heal.abstract	Η παρακάτω εργασία αποτελεί μία προσωπική προσπάθεια προσδιορισμού της σχέσης σώματος και χώρου. Εργαλείο μελέτης στην παρούσα έρευνα συνιστά ο σύγχρονος χορός. Το σώμα, η κίνηση και ο χώρος αποτελούν κοινά συστατικά της αρχιτεκτονικής και του χορού. Με τη χρήση αυτών, επιχειρείται η αφήγηση κάποιων από τις συνιστώσες που ορίζουν τη μεταξύ τους σχέση. Αρχικά αναλύονται οι έννοιες: Χορός, Σώμα, Χώρος, Notation και Κινησιογραφήματα. Με αυτό το τρόπο δημιουργείται το υπόβαθρο για την μελέτη έξι παραστάσεων χορού. Οι έξι αυτές πράξεις εν χώρω αναλύονται με τη χρήση Κινησιογραφημάτων. Καταγράφοντας την κίνηση του ανθρώπινου σώματος και την ατμόσφαιρα της εκάστοτε παράστασης υπό τη μορφή γραφήματος, γίνεται αντιληπτή η σημασία της ανθρώπινης κίνησης και η επίδραση που έχει ο χώρος σε αυτή. Ο αρχιτέκτονας κτίζει ένα κέλυφος το οποίο συγκρατεί ένα κενό, αυτό το κενό είναι ο χώρος. Το ανθρώπινο σώμα και πιο συγκεκριμένα ο σύγχρονος χορός, καταφέρνει να συνθέσει την αρχιτεκτονική, την ύλη, το κενό και τον τόπο σε ένα ενιαίο σύνολο. Ο άνθρωπος παίρνει έναυσμα για την κίνηση του από την αλληλεπίδραση του με τον χώρο. Κατοικεί, επαναπροσδιορίζει ένα χώρο και εν τέλει ολοκληρώνει αυτό το κενό με τη κίνηση του, δίνοντας έτσι, πνοή στο χώρο.	el
heal.abstract	The following work is a personal exploration aimed at understanding the relationship between the human body and space. In this study, contemporary dance serves as a valuable tool. Both in architecture and dance, the body, movement, and space are fundamental elements. Through the exploration of these elements, an effort is made to capture certain aspects that define their interconnection. The study begins by delving into key concepts such as Dance, Body, Space, Notation, and Movement Notation diagrams. These concepts lay the foundation for the analysis of six dance performances. Using movement diagrams, these performances are examined within the context of space. These diagrams, representing the movement of the human body and the atmosphere of each performance, shed light on the profound significance of human movement and how space influences it. In architectural terms, a structure is often seen as a shell encompassing an empty space. This void, in essence, is what defines the space within. Remarkably, the human body, particularly in contemporary dance, manages to unify the architectural elements, the materials, the void, and the location into a cohesive whole. Humans draw inspiration for their movement from their interaction with their surrounding space. They not only inhabit and redefine the space but also breathe life into it through their movements, completing the void and infusing the space with vitality.	en
