heal.abstract	Μετά το κλείσιμο του ΟΕΚ το 2012 και την εξάλειψη των εισφορών που τον στήριξαν, η στεγαστική πολιτική στην Ελλάδα έχει καταρρεύσει. Διαχρονικά, η έλλειψη στεγαστικής πολιτικής είναι πιθανό να συνέβαλε στη σημερινή δύσκολη κατάσταση. Πώς όμως μπορεί να μοιάζει μια σύγχρονη στεγαστική πολιτική; Πού πρέπει να κοιτάξουν οι σχεδιαστές πολιτικής; Σε αυτό ακριβώς το σημείο επικεντρώνεται η παρούσα εργασία, έχοντας ως στόχο τη χαρτογράφηση της παρούσας κατάστασης και την οριοθέτηση του πλαισίου εντός του οποίου θα πρέπει να κινηθούν οι πρωτοβουλίες στο υπό μελέτη πεδίο, δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στη διεθνή πρακτική, όσον αφορά τη στέγαση των νέων. Ουσιαστικά, επιχειρείται η δημιουργία ενός οδηγού για την προσαρμογή της χώρας στις προκλήσεις του περιβάλλοντος, όσον αφορά τη στέγαση της νεολαίας στον αστικό ιστό. Στον πυρήνα του προβληματισμού βρίσκεται η ανάγκη για επαρκή στέγαση η οποία στις μέρες μας εντείνεται συνεχώς, ιδιαίτερα όσον αφορά τις νεότερες ηλικίες οι οποίες κατά κανόνα βρίσκονται σε ασθενέστερη οικονομικά θέση. Έχοντας λοιπόν ως αφετηρία το συγκεκριμένο γεγονός εκ των πραγμάτων οδηγούμαστε στην απαίτηση για διαρθρωτικές μεταρρυθμίσεις έτσι ώστε να διασφαλισθούν αφενός η επαρκής στέγαση σε κοινωνικούς όρους και αφετέρου η στήριξη των ευπαθέστερων κοινωνικών ομάδων και ο περιορισμός των ανισοτήτων.	el
heal.abstract	After the closure of OEK in 2012 and the elimination of the contributions that supported it, the housing policy in Greece has collapsed. The lack of housing policy is likely to have contributed to the current predicament. But what might a modern housing policy look like? Where should policy makers look? This work is focused on this very point, with the aim of mapping the current situation and delimiting the framework within which the initiatives in the field under study should move, placing particular emphasis on international practice, in terms of housing young people . Essentially, an attempt is made to create a guide for the country's adaptation to the challenges of the environment, in terms of housing the youth in the urban fabric. At the core of the problem is the need for adequate housing which nowadays is constantly intensifying, especially with regard to the younger ages who are generally in a weaker economic position. Having as a starting point the specific fact of the matter leads us to the demand for structural reforms so as to ensure on the one hand adequate housing in social terms and on the other hand the support of the most vulnerable social groups and the limitation of inequalities.	en
