dc.description.abstract	Στην παρούσα εργασία θα παρουσιαστεί το νέο μεγάλο έργο της Μαρίνας Λεμεσού, ενώ παράλληλα κα γίνει αναφορά στην ανάπλαση του παλαιού και του νέου Λιμανιού. Εφαλτήριο βήμα για τα έργα αυτά αποτέλεσε η ένταξη της Κύπρου στην Ευρωπαϊκή ένωση, το 2004. Σκοπός μας είναι να γίνουν κατανοητά, όχι μόνο τα θετικά και ωφέλιμα στοιχεία από την κατακευή των υψίστης σημασίας αυτών έργων, αλλά και οι δυσκολίες και τα τροχοπέδη που προέκυψαν. Εχοντας, λοιπόν, αυτό κατά νου θα προχωρήσουμε σε μια ανάλυση των σχετικών τομέων.	el
dc.description.abstract	In this work we present the new great project of Limassol Marina, while Mrs. refer to the regeneration of the old and the new harbor. Step springboard for these projects was the integration of Cyprus into the European Union in 2004. Our aim is to understand not only the positive and beneficial elements from the constructing of these crucial projects, but also the difficulties and obstacle encountered. Having, then, that in mind we will proceed to an analysis of the sectors.	en
