heal.abstract	Διεξήχθη μελέτη με σκοπό την ανάλυση της Δημοτικής Ενότητας Κερατέας του Δήμου Λαυρεωτικής και τη δημιουργία υποδιαιρέσεων του οικιστικού δικτύου της. Έγινε αναλυτική περιγραφή της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης, των υπαρχόντων υποδομών και των ελλείψεων που παρουσιάζονται τόσο στους οικισμούς, όσο και στο κέντρο της περιοχής μελέτης. Ακόμη, πραγματοποιήθηκαν νέες χωροθετήσεις υποδομών στην περιοχή και παρουσιάστηκαν οι προτάσεις των νέων υποκατηγοριών του οικιστικού δικτύου, συνοδευόμενων από τα αντίστοιχα σχέδια υλοποίησης. Τέλος, έγινε εξαγωγή των συμπερασμάτων της μελέτης.	el
heal.abstract	A research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the Municipal Unit of Keratea, in the Municipality of Lavreotiki, and creating subdivisions of its residential network. A detailed description of the current situation, existing infrastructures and their deficiencies presented in both the settlements and the center of the study area, was made. Apart from that, new infrastructure zoning in the area was carried out and the proposals of the new sub-categories of the residential network were presented, accompanied by the corresponding implementation plan. As the final part, the conclusions of the aforementioned proposals were drawn.	en
