heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική αυτή διατριβή αποτελεί συμπληρωματικό και επεξηγηματικό κείμενο για το ντοκιμαντέρ ¬«Πέτρα με Πέτρα – Το εργοτάξιο αναστήλωσης του Γεφυριού της Πλάκας», το οποίο δημιουργήθηκε στο πλαίσιο αυτής της διπλωματικής. Πρόκειται για έργο που εντάσσεται στον κινηματογράφο της παρατήρησης και καταγράφει την αναστήλωση του γεφυριού της Πλάκας στα Βόρεια Τζουμέρκα σε πραγματικό χρόνο. Μέσα από συνεντεύξεις με τους ανθρώπους του εργοτάξιου, μας δίνεται η εικόνα από το εργοτάξιο, εξηγούνται τεχνικές της κατασκευής της γέφυρας, αλλά, κυρίως, μας δίνεται η οπτική των ανθρώπων της χειρωνακτικής εργασίας, και μάλιστα μαστόρων της πέτρας που τείνουν να εξαφανιστούν, για ένα έργο πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς και τη σημασία που έχει η αναστήλωση για εκείνους και την περιοχή. Το κείμενο εξετάζει τη σημασία που έχει ένα ντοκιμαντέρ για το γεφύρι της Πλάκας και, κυρίως, τη σημασία της ανάδειξης των ανθρώπων που συμμετείχαν στην κατασκευή του. Μελετάει, επίσης, τη χρήση της προφορικής ιστορίας στο ντοκιμαντέρ και το πώς αυτή καταφέρνει να εισάγει την ανθρώπινη εμπειρία στο βίντεο. Τέλος, παρατίθεται η διαδικασία της δημιουργίας του, από τη λήψη πλάνων έως το μοντάζ.	el
heal.abstract	This master thesis is a complementary and explanatory text for the documentary "Stone by Stone - The Reconstruction Site of the Plaka Bridge", which was created within the framework of this thesis. It is a work that belongs to observational cinema and records the restoration of the Plaka Bridge in Northern Tzoumerka in real time. Through interviews with the people on the construction sit, we get an image of the construction site, the construction techniques of the bridge are explained, but mainly we get the perspective of the people doing manual labor, especially stonemasons who tend to disappear, about a cultural heritage site and the significance its restoration has for them and the region. The text examines the significance of a documentary about the Plaka Bridge and, primarily, the importance of highlighting the people who participated in its construction. It also studies the use of oral history in the documentary and how it manages to introduce human experience into the video. Finally, the process of its creation is presented, from filming to editing.	en
