heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική ξεκινά με αφορμή τη μελλοντική μετακίνηση του γηπέδου του ΟΦΗ. Η ανάλυση αρχίζει με την εμπειρική και ποσοτική αναζήτηση με ευαισθησία στη ιστορία αλλά και στα προβλήματα που περιστοιχίζουν την περιοχή μελέτης μας. Η συσχέτιση της έρευνας και των πρώτων προτάσεων σχεδιασμού πραγματοποιείται με ανάλυση σε διαφορετικές κλίμακες από το δυτικό τμήμα της πόλης μέχρι των στοιχείων που χαρακτηρίζουν τη γειτονία και το οικόπεδο. Κεντρική πρόθεση αποτελεί η διατήρηση των χαρακτηριστικών γειτονίας που διέπουν την περιοχή, η σύνδεση με το κέντρο του Ηρακλείου και το παραλιακό μέτωπο και η ανάπτυξη των κτηριακών υποδομών. Προτείνεται λοιπόν μία χάραξη που οριοθετεί μίας μικτής χρήσης πεζοδρόμηση που διαπερνά το οικόπεδο και τη δημιουργία νέας κεντρικής πλατείας. Η συνολική σύνθεση διατηρεί τοπικό και υπερτοπικό χαρακτήρα, με πολιτιστικές και κοινωνικές χρήσεις και κτηριακές μορφές που εντάσσονται στην μορφολογία της περιοχής γύρω από ένα νέο αστικό τοπίο.	el
heal.abstract	The thesis begins with the future relocation of the OFI stadium. The analysis begins with an empirical and quantitative research with sensitivity to the history and the problems surrounding our study area. The correlation of the research and the first planning proposals is carried out by analyzing at different scales from the western part of the city to the elements that characterize the neighborhood and the plot. The central intention is to preserve the neighborhood characteristics that govern the area, the connection with the center of Heraklion and the coastal front and the development of the building infrastructure. A layout is therefore proposed that delineates a mixed-use pedestrian walkway that runs through the plot and the creation of a new central square. The overall composition maintains a local and trans-local character, with cultural and social uses and building forms that are integrated into the morphology of the area around a new urban landscape.	en
