heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία άπτεται του ζητήματος της χρήσης καζίνο στην περίπτωση της βόρειας Αττικής και της μεταφοράς της από το διατηρητέο κτίριο Μοντ Παρνές του αρχιτέκτονα Παύλου Μυλωνά από την θέση Μαυροβούνι της Πάρνηθας, στον Δήμο Αμαρουσίου και ειδικότερα στο κτήμα Δηλαβέρι. Αρχικά αναλύεται το αυστηρό θεσμικό πλαίσιο που διέπει την λειτουργία των καζίνο στον ελλαδικό χώρο και τις νομοθετικές ρυθμίσεις που συνέβαλαν στην άδεια μεταφοράς από το βουνό στην πόλη. Στην συνέχεια, εντοπίζονται οι ευνοικοί και οι περιοριστικοί παράγοντες του προκύπτουν από τον σχεδιασμό και την ένταξη της νέας χρήσης στην πόλη του Αμαρουσίου, αλλά και στο ευρύτερο περιβάλλον ( πολεοδομικό, κοινωνικό κτλ ) Κλείνοντας, στρέφει το βλέμμα στην επόμενη μέρα στο βουνό. Καθώς το κτιριακό απόθεμα είναι κενό από χρήση, αναζητούνται οι όροι με τους οποίους θα υπάρξει στρατηγικός και αειφόρος σχεδιασμός τόσο για την διαχείριση και την προστασία του βουνού, την ανάδειξη και ανάπτυξη των εναλλακτικών μορφών τουρισμού και φυσικά την διατήρηση του διατηρητέου κτιρίου Μοντ Παρνές.	el
heal.abstract	The diploma project deals with the issue of the use of casino in the case of northern Attica and its transfer from the Mont Parnes building (designed by architect Pavlos Mylonas ) from the location of Mavrovuni in Parnitha, to the Municipality of Amarousi and in particular to the Dilaveri estate. First, the strict institutional framework that governs the operation of casinos in the Greek area and the legislative regulations that contributed to the permission to transport it from the mountain to the city are analyzed. Then, the favorable and limiting factors resulting from the planning and integration of the new use in the city of Amarousi, but also in the wider environment (urban planning, social, etc.) are identified. In closing, he looks ahead to the next day on the mountain. As the building stock is empty of use, the conditions under which there will be a strategic and sustainable planning both for the management and protection of the mountain, the promotion and development of alternative forms of tourism and of course the preservation of the listed Mont Parnes building are being sought.	en
