heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχει σαν σκοπό την οικονομοτεχνική μελέτη βελτίωσης της ενεργειακής απόδοσης ενός υφιστάμενου κτηρίου (ξενοδοχείο), με αναβάθμιση της εξωτερικής θερμομόνωσης του κελύφους αλλά και με αντικατάσταση των συστημάτων θέρμανσης, ψύξης και παραγωγής ΖΝΧ. Αρχικά, στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο έγινε μια ανασκόπηση στη σημαντικότητα της κατανάλωσης ενέργειας για την ευημερία του ανθρώπου, στη περιβαλλοντική και οικονομική επιβάρυνση που προκαλείται από αλόγιστη σπατάλη της, καθώς και στην ενεργειακή κρίση που διανύει η Ευρώπη τα τελευταία χρόνια. Στη συνέχεια, στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο έγινε μια σύντομη εξέταση και παρουσίαση του κτηριακού τομέα στην Ελλάδα και του σχεδίου εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Επιπλέον, έγινε αναφορά στον Κανονισμό Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης Κτιρίων και τέλος συγκρίθηκαν τα κόστη θέρμανσης από διάφορες τεχνολογίες. Ακολούθως, στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο με χρήση του λογισμικού ΤΕΕ ΚΕΝΑΚ, μελετάω ενεργειακά το υφιστάμενο ξενοδοχείο και το κατατάσσω στην κατάλληλη ενεργειακή κατηγορία. Ακόμα, δημιουργήθηκαν έξι ενναλακτικά σενάρια ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης των οποίων οι πίνακες και τα διαγράμματα με τα συγκριτικά αποτελέσματα παρουσιάζονται στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο. Τέλος, στο κεφάλαιο πέντε παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα της διπλωματικής εργασίας και γίνεται αξιολόγηση ως προς το αποδοτικότερο οικονομοτεχνικά σενάριο, από τα έξι συνολικά που μελετήθηκαν.	el
heal.abstract	This thesis is aimed at the techno-economic study of improving the energy efficiency of an existing building (hotel), by upgrading the external thermal insulation of the shell and by replacing the heating, cooling and warm water production systems. Initially, the first chapter reviews the importance of energy consumption for human well-being, the environmental and economic burden caused by its reckless waste, as well as the energy crisis that Europe has been through in recent years. Subsequently, the second chapter is a brief examination and presentation of the building sector in Greece and the European Union's energy saving plan. In addition, reference is made to the energy efficiency regulation and finally the heating costs are compared to various technologies. Afterwards, in the third chapter, using the TEE KENAK software, I study the specific hotel building energetically and rank it in the appropriate energy category. Moreover, six alternative energy upgrades were created. Tables and diagrams for these upgrades, with comparative results, are presented in Chapter 4. Finally, Chapter five presents the conclusions of the thesis and evaluates the financially most efficient scenario, out of the in total six studied.	en
