heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική εργασία πραγματεύεται τον σχεδιασμό ενός κέντρου καύσης νεκρών (αποτεφρωτήριο) στον Αχέρωντα, σε ένα τοπίο φορτισμένο με μυθολογικό και συμβολικ΄πο βάρος. Η περιοχή, όπου ο ποταμός Αχέρωντας ενώνεται με την Αχερούσια λίμνη, αναγωνρίζεται ως πύλη προς τον κάτω κόσμο σύμφωνα με την αρχαία ελληνική παράδοση. Το έργο αντλεί έμπνευση από τη διαδικασία του πένθους και την έννοια της Κατάβασης, τόσο στον φυσικό χώρο, όσο και στο εσωτερικό του ανθρώπου.	en
heal.abstract	The design thesis explores the design of a cremation center (crematorium) at Acheron, a landscape steeped in mythological and symbolic significance. The location, where the Acheron River merges with Lake Acherousia, is recognised as a gate to the Underworld according to ancient Greek mythology. The project draws inspiration from the process of mourning and the concept of Katabasis, both in the physical space and within the human psyche.	el
