heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική εργασία "Ανακτώντας τη Συνθήκη Συνύπαρξης: Δυναμικά Πεδία στο Μεταξουργείο" διερευνά τη δυνατότητα αξιοποίησης των αστικών κενών ως εργαλείο αναζωογόνησης του δημόσιου χώρου και ενίσχυσης της κοινωνικής ζωής. Το Μεταξουργείο, μια περιοχή που χαρακτηρίζεται από έντονες αντιθέσεις μεταξύ εγκατάλειψης και αστικής ανανέωσης, αποτελεί το πεδίο μελέτης, όπου προτείνεται η μετατροπή ανεκμετάλλευτων χώρων σε ένα συνδεδεμένο δίκτυο πράσινων δημόσιων χώρων. Η έρευνα ξεκίνησε με τη χαρτογράφηση των αστικών κενών και την ανάλυση των κοινωνικών και λειτουργικών τους δυναμικών. Βασικό σχεδιαστικό εργαλείο αποτέλεσε η έννοια των «κοινωνικών πυκνωτών», με παρεμβάσεις όπως πεζοδρομήσεις, επανάχρηση κτιρίων και δημιουργία νέων χώρων συνάθροισης. Η στρατηγική επικεντρώνεται στη σύνδεση των χώρων αυτών σε ένα ενιαίο αστικό δίκτυο που προάγει τη γειτονιά, την αλληλεπίδραση και την περιβαλλοντική αναβάθμιση. Χρησιμοποιώντας διαγράμματα βλέμματος, χωρικής οργάνωσης και κοινωνικής αλληλεπίδρασης, η εργασία προτείνει μια ευέλικτη και ανθεκτική στρατηγική αστικού σχεδιασμού, όπου οι πράσινοι δημόσιοι χώροι λειτουργούν ως σημεία συνάντησης, σύνδεσης και κοινής εμπειρίας, ενισχύοντας την κοινωνική συνοχή και τη σχέση των κατοίκων με την πόλη τους.	el
heal.abstract	The thesis "Recovering the Condition of Coexistence: Dynamic Fields in Metaxourgeio" explores the possibility of utilizing urban voids as a tool for revitalizing public space and enhancing social life. Metaxourgeio, an area characterized by strong contrasts between abandonment and urban renewal, is the field of study, where the transformation of underutilized spaces into a connected network of green public spaces is proposed. The research started with the mapping of urban voids and the analysis of their social and functional dynamics. A key design tool was the concept of 'social capacitors', with interventions such as pedestrianisation, re-use of buildings and creation of new gathering spaces. The strategy focuses on linking these spaces into an integrated urban network that promotes neighbourhood, interaction and environmental upgrading. Using gaze, spatial organisation and social interaction diagrams, the paper proposes a flexible and resilient urban design strategy where green public spaces act as points of meeting, connection and shared experiences, enhancing social cohesion and the relationship of residents with their city.	en
