heal.abstract	Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή εργασία εστιάζει στην μελέτη, διαφύλαξη και ανάδειξη της άυλης πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς του ρεμπέτικου, αξιοποιώντας σύγχρονες μεθόδους γεωμετρικής τεκμηρίωσης και τρισδιάστατης εικονικής περιήγησης. Αντικείμενο της μελέτης αποτελεί το ιστορικό κέντρο «Χάραμα» στην Καισαριανή, ένας χώρος που διαδραμάτισε καθοριστικό ρόλο στην εξέλιξη του ρεμπέτικου τραγουδιού και αποτελεί σημαντικό πολιτιστικό τοπόσημο. Το «Χάραμα» υπήρξε ένα από τα πλέον εμβληματικά σημεία συνάντησης της ρεμπέτικης μουσικής σκηνής, με σπουδαίους καλλιτέχνες, όπως ο Βασίλης Τσιτσάνης, η Σωτηρία Μπέλλου και ο Γιάννης Παπαϊωάννου να έχουν αφήσει ανεξίτηλο το αποτύπωμά τους στον χώρο. Η εργασία επικεντρώνεται στην καταγραφή και ανάλυση της αρχιτεκτονικής και πολιτιστικής εξέλιξης του χώρου, δίνοντας έμφαση στην ιστορική του σημασία. Μέσα από εκτενή βιβλιογραφική έρευνα και ανάλυση αρχειακού υλικού, διερευνήθηκε η κατασκευή και η διαμόρφωση του χώρου στον χρόνο, συμβάλλοντας στην πληρέστερη κατανόηση του ρόλου του στην ελληνική μουσική σκηνή. Παράλληλα, πραγματοποιήθηκε η αποτύπωση της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης με την χρήση προηγμένων μεθόδων αποτύπωσης, όπως τρισδιάστατη σάρωση και φωτογραμμετρικές τεχνικές, οι οποίες εξασφαλίζουν την ακριβή αναπαράστασή του σε ψηφιακή μορφή. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, η εργασία προχωρά στην δημιουργία μιας διαδραστικής εικονικής περιήγησης, αξιοποιώντας την τεχνολογία Unity 3D για την ψηφιακή αναπαράσταση του χώρου. Μέσα από την εικονική περιήγηση, οι χρήστες θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να γνωρίσουν τόσο την αρχιτεκτονική ταυτότητα του «Χαράματος» όσο και την πολιτιστική, ιστορική του αξία. Η αναπαράσταση αποσκοπεί στην διατήρηση και ανάδειξη της μοναδικής μουσικής και ιστορικής ατμόσφαιρας του χώρου, αναδεικνύοντας την σημασία του ρεμπέτικου ως αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της ελληνικής μουσικής κληρονομιάς και της σύγχρονης πολιτιστικής ταυτότητας. Μέσα από αυτή τη διαδικασία, η εργασία συμβάλλει ενεργά στην προστασία, ανάδειξη και διάδοση της ρεμπέτικης μουσικής, αξιοποιώντας ένα καινοτόμο και διαδραστικό μέσο που φέρνει τη μουσική παράδοση πιο κοντά στη σύγχρονη εποχή και το ευρύ κοινό.	el
heal.abstract	The master's thesis focuses on the study, preservation, and highlighting of intangible cultural heritage through the use of modern methods of geometric documentation and 3D virtual tours. The subject of the study is the historic "Harama" in Kaisariani, a place that played a decisive role in the evolution of rebetiko music and remains a significant cultural landmark. "Harama" was one of the most emblematic gathering points of the rebetiko music scene, where renowned artists such as Vasilis Tsitsanis, Sotiria Bellou, and Giannis Papaioannou left their indelible mark. The study focuses on documenting and analyzing the architectural and cultural evolution of the site, emphasizing its historical significance. Through extensive bibliographic research and archival analysis, the construction and transformation of the site over time were explored, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of its role in the Greek music scene. Additionally, the existing condition was recorded using advanced methods such as 3D scanning and photogrammetric techniques, ensuring its precise digital representation. In this context, the thesis moves forward with the creation of an interactive virtual tour, utilizing Unity 3D technology for the digital representation of the site. Through this virtual tour, users will have the opportunity to explore both the architectural identity of "Harama" and its cultural and historical significance. This digital representation aims to preserve and showcase the site's unique musical and historical atmosphere, highlighting the importance of rebetiko as an integral part of Greek musical heritage and contemporary cultural identity. Through this process, the thesis actively contributes to the protection, promotion, and dissemination of rebetiko music, leveraging an innovative and interactive medium that brings musical tradition closer to the modern era and a wider audience.
