heal.abstract	Οι νέες εξελίξεις στον επιχειρηματικό κλάδο, όπως η διεύρυνση της αγοράς, η στροφή προς την παγκοσμιοποίηση και οι αυξημένες πελατειακές προσδοκίες, ωθούν και απαιτούν από τις επιχειρήσεις ουσιαστικές μεταβολές, ευελιξία και αντοχή. Συνεπώς, η σύγχρονη επιχείρηση πρέπει να επικοινωνεί άμεσα με άλλες επιχειρήσεις σε επίπεδο προμηθειών, πωλήσεων, κοινών ερευνών καθώς και με τραπεζικά και ασφαλιστικά ιδρύματα και κυβερνητικούς οργανισμούς. Με άλλα λόγια, καλείται να εμπλακεί σε διαδικασίες ηλεκτρονικού επιχειρείν (e-business). Η παρούσα διπλωματική στοχεύει στην εξερεύνηση όλων των πτυχών του ηλεκτρονικού επιχειρείν για τη σύγχρονη επιχείρηση και στην τελική πρόταση και ανάπτυξη ενός μοντέλου για την εμπλοκή των επιχειρήσεων στις διαδικασίες του. Το μοντέλο καλείται να απεικονίσει αποδοτικά το σύνολο των διεπιχειρησιακών συναλλαγών στις οποίες εμπλέκεται μια τυπική επιχείρηση, περιλαμβάνοντας βασικά στοιχεία όπως είναι οι εμπλεκόμενοι φορείς, οι κανόνες στους οποίους πρέπει να υπακούει η κάθε διαδικασία, η χώρα εφαρμογής, τα απαιτούμενα έγγραφα κτλ. Το μοντέλο απευθύνεται κυρίως στις διεπιχειρησιακές συναλλαγές των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων. Το μοντέλο αναπτύσσεται με χρήση της τεχνολογίας των οντολογιών καθώς μια σειρά από χαρακτηριστικά αυτών όπως είναι η εκφραστικότητα , η συνέπεια και η διαλειτουργικότητα , τις κάνουν ένα κατάλληλο εργαλείο για τη πλήρη απεικόνιση του συγκεκριμένου πεδίου γνώσης.	el
heal.abstract	The new developments in the business branch such as the market’s growth, the globalised markets and the new demands of the costumers, have a great impact on businesses and they lead them to make great changes and focus on endurance and suppleness. Therefore, the modern enterprise should communicate directly with the other enterprises for all kind of subjects (supplies, sales, common researches). It should also communicate with banks, insurance or government organizations. In other words, the modern enterprise should take part into e-business. Main objective of the present diploma thesis is the research of all parts of e-business for the modern enterprise. We also, recommend and develop a new model for e-business. The model should depict in an efficient way, as many transactions between enterprises as possible. It should include basic units such as the business parts, the rules that every transaction should respect, the country in which every transaction takes place, the needed documents etch. The model focuses mostly on the transactions between small enterprises (SME’s). For the development of the model we use ontologies. The reason is that, ontologies include significant features such as expressiveness, consequence and interoperability and they are very useful to depict thriftily the business-transactions.	en
