heal.abstract	Στόχος της παρούσας ερευνητικής εργασίας είναι μια απόπειρα αναγνώρισης της σχέσης μεταξύ αρχιτεκτονικού και λογοτεχνικού χώρου, ή, γενικότερα, μεταξύ του πραγματικού και του λογοτεχνικού κόσμου. Ακόμη, γίνεται προσπάθεια αποκωδικοποίησης της αναγνωστικής διαδικασίας, και συγκεκριμένα της ανάγνωσης του λογοτεχνικά αναπαριστάμενου κόσμου και της αντίληψής του μέσω της ατμόσφαιρας που του αποδίδεται από τον συγγραφέα. Αξιοποιώντας τις θεωρίες του Hamon, του Jauss, του Pallasmaa, του Bakhtin και άλλων, αναλύονται έργα από το κίνημα του μαγικού ρεαλισμού, με βασικό παράδειγμα το συγγραφικό υλικό του Γκαμπριέλ Γκαρσία Μάρκες για το Μακόντο. Επιπλέον, η αντίληψη της πραγματικότητας τόσο του συγγραφέα όσο και του αναγνώστη συνδέεται με τις πολιτισμικές συνθήκες και την ταυτότητα του τόπου στον οποίο έχει μεγαλώσει και, στην συγκεκριμένη υπόθεση εργασίας, μελετάται ο ιδιαίτερος τόπος της Λατινικής Αμερικής.	el
heal.abstract	The aim of this research paper is an attempt to identify the relationship between architectural and literary space, or, more generally, between the real and the literary world. Furthermore, an attempt is made to decode the reading process, in particular the reading of the literarily represented world and its perception through the atmosphere attributed to it by the author. Drawing on the theories of Hamon, Jauss, Pallasmaa, Bakhtin and others, works from the magical realism movement are analysed, with Gabriel García Márquez's writing on Macondo as a key example. Moreover, the perception of reality of both the author and the reader is linked to the cultural conditions and identity of the place in which he or she has grown up and, in this particular case study, the particular place of Latin America is studied.	en
