heal.abstract	Η εργασία διερευνά τις βαθιές και συχνά αφανείς συγγένειες ανάμεσα στην αρχιτεκτονική και τη ναυπηγική, εστιάζοντας στην έννοια της δομής, της άρθρωσης και της κινητικότητας. Μέσα από έναν διεπιστημονικό διάλογο, η έρευνα αναπτύσσεται σε τρία διακριτά επίπεδα. Το πρώτο εστιάζει στο μυθικό και συμβολικό πεδίο, όπου μέσα από ετυμολογικές και άλλες αναζητήσεις, επιχειρείται η ανίχνευση των καταγωγών. Το δεύτερο αποτελεί το πιο τεχνικό μέρος της εργασίας, με την διερεύνηση της γέννησης της ναυπηγικής ως επιστήμης, την επιτόπια έρευνα στο καρνάγιο, και τη κατάθεση ανάλογων δομικών συστημάτων. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο αφορά την μετάφραση από το ένα πεδίο στο άλλο, όπου επιχειρείται μια εκ νέου ερμηνεία ορισμένων αρχών της αρχιτεκτονικής, σε μια σκέψη γύρω από την αποδόμηση. Αναδεικνύεται λοιπόν ο τρόπος με τον οποίο η ναυπηγική μπορεί να αποτελέσει το γλωσσολογικό υπόβαθρο για μια αρχιτεκτονική ελαφριά, κινητική και βαθιά συνδεδεμένη με τους φυσικούς νόμους, σε μια λογική που επαναφέρει τη σημασία της κατασκευής στο πυρήνα της συνθετικής διαδικασίας. Πρόκειται για μια στοχαστική διερεύνηση που ενώνει τον μύθο και την τεχνολογία, αναζητώντας της ρίζες της δομής στον κόσμο και πέρα απ ́αυτόν.	el
heal.abstract	The essay explores the deep and often obscure affinities between architecture and naval architecture, focusing on the notion of structure, articulation and movement. Through an interdisciplinary dialogue, the research unfolds across three distinct levels. The first focuses on the mythical and symbolic realm, where through etymological and other searches, the tracing of origins is attempted. The second constitutes the most technical part of the study, involving an exploration of the birth of naval architecture as a scientific discipline, on-site research in the shipyard and the presentation of analogous structural systems. The third chapter concerns the translation from one field to the other, where a reinterpretation of certain architectural principles is undertaken, within a reflection on deconstruction. It thus highlights the way in which naval architecture can provide the linguistic foundation for an architecture that is light, kinetic and deeply connected to physical laws, an approach that reinstates the importance of construction back at the core of the compositional process. It is a contemplative exploration that unites myth and technology, seeking the roots of structure both within the world and beyond it.	en
