heal.abstract	Το αντικείμενο της έρευνας είναι η διερεύνηση τρόπων με τους οποίους τόποι βιομηχανικού παρελθόντος επαναχρησιμοποιούνται και εντάσσονται στο σημερινό τοπίο, χωρίς να χάνουν τον χαρακτήρα και το βιομηχανικό παρελθόν τους (μνήμη). Εστιάζοντας σε δύο χαρακτηριστικά παραδείγματα αναπλάσεων πρώην βιομηχανικών τόπων, το Landschaftspark Duisburg Nord και το High Line, Νέα Υόρκη.	el
heal.abstract	The subject of the present research is the investigation of ways in which sites of industrial past are reused and integrated into today’s landscape, without losing their character and industrial memory. Focusing on two characteristic examples of former industrial site regenerations, Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord in Germany and the High Line in New York, the study analyzes how industrial heritage can be transformed into a dynamic public space that incorporates historical identity while simultaneously producing new experiences. The methodology combines the theoretical analysis of the concept of memory and its relation to landscape, case studies of the two examples, and finally the comparative evaluation of their strategies. Both cases demonstrate that industrial memory is not a burden but a carrier of ideas, provided that it is creatively integrated.	en
