heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία εστιάζει στο πάρκο βίλας Ζωγράφου, που βρίσκεται στον Δήμο Ζωγράφου, έναν από τους πιο πυκνοδομημένους Δήμους της Αθήνας, όπου η έλλειψη ελεύθερων χώρων και η απουσία πολεοδομικού σχεδιασμού έχουν οδηγήσει σε σημαντική υποβάθμιση της ποιότητας ζωής, καθιστώντας αναγκαίες τις παρεμβάσεις στον δημόσιο χώρο. Μέσα από την ανάλυση αναδεικνύονται τα χωρικά, κοινωνικά και πολιτισμικά προβλήματα και επιλέγεται το πάρκο βίλας Ζωγράφου ως το μοναδικό εκτεταμένο αδόμητο τμήμα. Ο χώρος αυτός, ιστορικά αντικείμενο διεκδικήσεων και κινητοποιήσεων, αποτυπώνει τη βαθιά σύνδεση της κοινωνίας με τον τόπο και αναδεικνύει την ανάγκη για από-κάτω-προς-τα-πάνω διαδικασίες λήψης αποφάσεων. Η πρόταση αφορά στην αναδιαμόρφωση και στον συνολικό σχεδιασμό του πάρκου, με νέες χρήσεις τόσο στον υπαίθριο χώρο όσο και στα υφιστάμενα κτήρια. Κεντρικό πυλώνα αποτελεί η δημιουργία ενός Κέντρου Ψηφιακού Συμμετοχικού Σχεδιασμού, όπου τεχνολογίες VR και AR παύουν να είναι απομονωτικές εμπειρίες και μετατρέπονται σε εργαλεία συλλογικής δράσης. Έτσι, το πάρκο διατηρεί τις παραδοσιακές χρήσεις αναψυχής, παιχνιδιού και περιπάτου, ενώ η τεχνολογία αποκτά ορατότητα στη δημόσια ζωή και συμβάλλει στη βελτίωση της πόλης. Στόχος είναι η επανανοηματοδότηση της σχέσης κατοίκου–πόλης, η ενίσχυση της συμμετοχικότητας και η ανάδειξη ενός προτύπου για την αναβάθμιση του δημόσιου χώρου μέσω οριζόντιων διαδικασιών διαβούλευσης και σύγχρονων εργαλείων σχεδιασμού.	el
heal.abstract	This thesis focuses on the Villa Zografou park, located in the Municipality of Zografou, one of the most densely built municipalities in Athens, where the lack of open spaces and the absence of urban planning have led to a significant deterioration in the quality of life, making interventions in public space necessary. The analysis highlights the spatial, social, and cultural problems of the city and villa Zografou park is selected as the only extensive undeveloped area. This space, historically subject to claims and civic mobilizations, reflects society's deep connection to the place and underlines the need for bottom-up decision-making processes. The proposal concerns the redesign and overall planning of the park, with new uses in both the open space and the existing buildings. At its core lies the establishment of a Digital Participatory Design Center, where VR and AR technologies cease to function as isolated experiences and are transformed into tools of collective action. In this way, the park preserves its traditional functions of recreation, play and walking, while technology becomes visible within public life and contributes to the city’s improvement. The aim is to redefine the relationship between residents and the city, to strengthen participation, and to establish a model for upgrading public space through horizontal consultation processes and contemporary design tools.	en
