heal.abstract	Η Πατησίων αποτελεί μια μήτρα που παραλαμβάνει πολλούς όρους συντιθέμενη από ένα κράμα ετερόκλητων πολιτισμών και ταυτόχρονων πολλαπλών αφηγήσεων. Γίνεται αντιληπτή, σαν ένα διαρκές παλλόμενο κατώφλι , όπου η εποπτεία του συνόλου της δεν μπορεί να εγγραφεί , τόσο λόγω της διόγκωσης των δομικών στοιχείων όσο και της διαρκούς μεταβολής της από την ζωή που περιέχει. Μονάχα τα θραύσματα καταχωρούνται , αποκρυπτόμενα στις προσμείξεις των διαστρωματωμένων και πεισμόνων τόπων, με αυτά να καθοδηγούν την νέα υβριδική μορφή παρέμβαση της. Το “υπέρ-υβρίδιο” είναι το αποτέλεσμα της διπλωματικής έρευνας για τον άξονα της Πατησίων· ένα γεωμετρικό και ταυτόχρονα νοηματικό σημείο, που λειτουργεί ως πυκνωτής παρατηρήσεων, εννοιών και εφαρμογής των συμπερασμάτων της μελέτης. Παράλληλα, λειτουργεί ως μέσο – εργαλείο ανάδειξης της ερωτοτροπίας μεταξύ των μορφών, και ταυτόχρονα ως σχεδιαστική πρόταση για την αντιμετώπιση των χωρικών αντιφάσεων που έχουν προκύψει μέσα από την εξέλιξη της πόλης· αντιφάσεις καθοριστικές της σαφούς δομικής οριοθέτησης της σχέσης δημόσιου και ιδιωτικού χώρου. Η έρευνα επικεντρώνεται στην αναζήτηση νέων μορφών συνύπαρξης στον δημόσιο χώρο, μέσα από την επανενεργοποίηση της υφιστάμενης, αλλά υπολανθάνουσας διαρθρωμένης αστικής δομής. Ο υψηλός κατοχυρωμένος συντελεστής δόμησης, το λανθάνον δυναμικό των υφιστάμενων κτιρίων, τα αυστηρά περιμετρικά όρια των οικοδομικών τετραγώνων και οι μικροί, εσωτερικοί , υπολειτουργικοί ακάλυπτοι χώροι , σε συνδυασμό με την έλλειψη πρασίνου και σκίασης, καθιστούν αναγκαία την ανάπτυξη ενός νέου μεθοδολογικού πλαισίου. Πλαισίου ικανού να αποδομήσει την παγιωμένη αντίληψη γ ια τη σχέση δημόσιου και ιδιωτικού, επαναπροσδιορίζοντας τον τρόπο που αυτή εκφράζεται χωρικά. Η πρόταση θέτει ως βασικούς άξονες την ενίσχυση του δημόσιου χώρου, τη βελτίωση της κινητικότητας και του μικροκλίματος, καθώς και την ενεργοποίηση χρήσεων και συλλογικοτήτων μέσα από νέες αστικές διεπαφές.	el
heal.abstract	Patission Avenue funct ions as a matr ix that absorbs numerous elements, composed of a blend of heterogeneous cul tures and simul taneous, mul t iple narratives. I t is perceived as a constantly pulsating threshold, whose total i t y cannot be ful l y registered— both due to the swel l ing of i ts structural components and the ongoing t ransformation brought about by the l i fe i t contains. Onl y f ragments are recorded, concealed wi thin the admixtures of strat i f ied and per sistent places, which in turn guide i ts new hybrid mode of intervention. The “hyper -hybrid” is the resul t of the thesis research focused on the Pat ission axis; a geomet r ic and simul taneously semant ic point that acts as a condenser of observat ions, concepts, and the application of the study’s conclusions. At the same t ime, i t serves as a tool for reveal ing the courtship between forms, while also functioning as a design proposal that addresses the spatial contradictions that have emerged from the ci t y ’s development— contradictions that are crucial in def ining the structural demarcat ion between public and private space. The research centers on explor ing new modes of coexistence in public space through the react ivat ion of the exi sting, yet latent , st ructured urban fabr ic. The high establ ished building coef f i cient, the dormant potential of ex isting bui ldings, the r igid per imeter boundaries of the ci ty blocks, and the small , inter ior, underut i l ized open spaces—combined wi th the lack of greenery and shading—make i t necessary to develop a new methodological f ramework. A f ramework capable of deconst ruct ing the entrenched percept ion of the relat ionship between publ ic and pr ivate, redef ining how this relationship is expressed spatially. The proposal sets out key principles: the reinforcement of public space, the improvement of mobil i ty and microcl imate, and the act ivat ion of uses and col lectives through new urban inter faces.	en
