heal.abstract	Η παρούσα εργασία εξετάζει το ζήτημα της οικειοποίησης του σχεδιασμένου χώρου από τον χρήστη, εστιάζοντας στην κατοικία και ειδικότερα στα μεγάλα συγκροτήματα κατοικιών. Μέσα από τη μελέτη παραδειγμάτων επιχειρείται η καταγραφή χαρακτηριστικών του σχεδιασμού που επηρεάζουν την οικειοποίηση. Ο σύγχρονος τρόπος ζωής, με τους έντονους ρυθμούς της καθημερινότητας, απομακρύνει τον άνθρωπο από το προσωπικό του στοιχείο, εντάσσοντάς τον σε ένα απρόσωπο σύνολο. Έτσι, η ανάγκη για προσωπική έκφραση, διαφοροποίηση και δημιουργία ταυτότητας μέσα στον χώρο καθίσταται πιο επιτακτική. Η κατοικία, ως το πιο άμεσο και καθημερινό περιβάλλον του ανθρώπου, λειτουργεί όχι μόνο ως χώρος διαβίωσης, αλλά και ως πεδίο προβολής του εαυτού, των συνηθειών και των κοινωνικών του σχέσεων. Το ζήτημα γίνεται πιο σύνθετο στα μεγάλης κλίμακας οικιστικά συγκροτήματα, όπου η σχέση μελετητή και μελλοντικού κατοίκου είναι περιορισμένη. Οι αποφάσεις λαμβάνονται σε πρώιμο στάδιο και αφορούν πλήθος διαφορετικών χρηστών, οδηγώντας σε τυποποίηση και ομοιομορφία. Μέσα σε αυτά τα πλαίσια τίθεται το ερώτημα: ποια στοιχεία του σχεδιασμού επηρεάζουν την οικειοποίηση και πώς μπορεί να επιτευχθεί ισορροπία ανάμεσα στην ανάγκη για συνοχή και την ελευθερία εξατομίκευσης;	el
heal.abstract	This study examines the issue of the appropriation of designed space by the user, focusing on housing and, more specifically, on large residential complexes. Through the study of selected examples, it seeks to identify design characteristics that influence the process of appropriation. Modern lifestyles, with their fast pace and impersonal nature, distance individuals from their personal identity, integrating them into an anonymous whole. Consequently, the need for personal expression, differentiation, and the creation of identity within space becomes increasingly urgent. The dwelling, as the most immediate and everyday environment of human life, functions not only as a place of residence but also as a field for expressing one’s self, habits, and social relationships. The issue becomes more complex in large-scale housing complexes, where the relationship between designer and future resident is limited. Decisions are made at an early stage and concern a wide range of potential users, leading to standardization and uniformity. Within these conditions, the key question arises: which design elements influence appropriation, and how can a balance be achieved between the need for overall coherence and the demand for freedom and individualization?	en
