dc.description.abstract	Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία, σκοπός είναι η διερεύνηση των συνθηκών και των δυνατοτήτων της ιδιωτικής πολεοδόμησης αρχικά στην Έλλάδα και έπειτα στην υπόλοιπη Ευρώπη. Για την κάλυψη του αντικειμένου, μελετήθηκαν οι ελληνικές ιδιωτικές πολεοδομήσεις και η λειτουργία των οικοδομικών συνεταιρισμών, ενώ ακολούθησε η μελέτη τους στο εξωτερικό.	el
dc.description.abstract	The present study aims to investigate the conditions and possibilities of the private land development, firstly in Greece and secondly in the other european countries. In order to fulfill this goal, the private land development was initially studied along with the operation and functional characteristics of housing cooperatives in Greece. Finally, the same study was also done in the case of other European countries.	en
