The evolution in E-Commerce services and the amount of information collected in the Web sites lead to the implementation of new methodologies on acquiring Digital Economy statistics. Efficient data acquisition can be strengthened by mature network management techniques that compose an attractive framework. This paper analyses the problem of statistical indicators monitoring and a reference system, adopted from the widespread SNMP protocol, is defined. Apart from the monitoring system, this paper proposes a set of different transaction and classification metrics capable to reveal the customers' intensions. |
