Υπολογιστική διερεύνηση των κατεργασιών επιλεκτικής πυροσυσσωμάτωσης και τήξης με laser (SLS-SLM)

Abstract

Το αντικείμενο της διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση των κατεργασιών επιλεκτικής πυροσυσσωμάτωσης και τήξης με laser. Στην αρχή γίνεται μια εισαγωγή στις μεθόδους στρωματικής κατασκευής. Έπειτα παρουσιάζονται οι παραπάνω κατεργασίες και οι μηχανισμοί ενοποιήσης. Στη συνέχεια αναπτύσσεται μαθηματικό θερμικό μοντέλο των κατεργασιών και επιλύεται με την μέθοδο των πεπερασμένων διαφορών. Ακολούθως δίνονται αποτελέσματα για τις κατεργασίες με συνεχόμενο και παλμικό laser. Τέλος παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα.

The subject of this thesis is the numerical analysis of selective laser sintering and melting. At the begging is taking place an introduction into the methods of layer manufacturing. Later are introduced the methods of selective laser sinterring and melting, the consolidation phenomena and their problems. Furthermore a mathematical model is created and it is solved with the method of finite differences. In addition results of the latter model are produced and help in the creation of some conclusions about the two methods.
