We will attempt to study the
principals of ecotourism and try to understand the points of success and those of failure by means of economy, culture and environment. We will come to a conclusion by relating to environmental ethics. As an aftereffect, a discussion could start about the application of the ecotouristic model to Greece, i t ' s environments and landscape. The case study of Costa Rica represents a touchstone in the concept of ecotourism.
