dc.description.abstract	Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η μελέτη των διατεταγμένων αλγεβρών, δηλαδή διατεταγμένων χώρων εφοδιασμένων με μία αλγεβρική δομή. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο εισάγονται βασικές έννοιες και ορισμοί από την θεωρία διατεταγμένων χώρων. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, εισάγουμε και μελετάμε λεπτομερειακά τις σημαντικότερες κλάσεις διατεταγμένων αλγεβρών. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, μελετάμε το πρόβλημα της επέκτασης του πολλαπλασιασμού μίας διατεταγμένης άλγεβρας στην πλήρωση Dedekind και στην ομοιόμορφη πλήρωση της άλγεβρας.	el
dc.description.abstract	The scope of this thesis is the study of lattice ordered algebras, that is ordered vector spaces in which a multiplication is intoduced such that the induced algebraic structure is compatible with the ordered structure. In the first chapter, we introduce the concept of ordered vector spaces and present fundamental concepts. In the second chapter, we distinguish certain classes of lattice ordered algebras and study, in detail, the specific properties of each class. In the third chapter, we consider the problem of extension of the multiplication to the uniform and Dedekind completion of a lattice ordered algebra.	en
