heal.abstract Purpose of this Diploma thesis is the design of a prefabricated shelter unit for homeless people, utilizing the method of 3d printing. The facility was designed so as to allow the transfer of the unit using modern means of transport, to implement basic bioclimatic technique, use environmentally friendly construction and finishing materials to meet the basic needs of people who will be housed, with the least possible manufacturing cost and low energy consumption of the facility. To achieve these objectives, the minimum indoor comfort dimensions applied, bioclimatic criteria and through appropriate program, became the energy classification of the shelter. A large part of the Diploma thesis deals with the use and import parameters in the computer program and also the facility construction process is analyzed and the transfer process. The last part of this thesis is the comparison of the shelter, both in cost and in energy consumption, compared to the prefabricated houses that are usually used to address housing needs. en
