heal.abstract	Η σχέση των ανθρώπων με το νερό είναι μακραίωνη. Στο πέρασμα των χρόνων, οι παράκτιες κοινότητες συμβίωσαν και εξελίχθηκαν εκμεταλλευόμενες τις δυνατότητές του υδάτινου στοιχείου. Σήμερα, οι πόλεις αντιμετωπίζουν τεράστιες προκλήσεις όπως αυξανόμενη και ανεξέλεγκτη αστικοποίηση, κλιματική αλλαγή, αειφόρο ανάπτυξη. Ενισχύεται, λοιπόν, η ανάγκη για επέκταση και εκτόνωση των αστικών συνόλων στο νερό. Η σύγχρονη αρχιτεκτονική απαντά στην πρόκληση και δημιουργεί στον κινητό καμβά του νερού εναλλακτικές μορφές δόμησης. Χρησιμοποιούνται διάφορες μορφές κατασκευών - πασσαλόκτιστες, πλωτές, γέφυρες, αμφίβιες - μεμονωμένα ή συνδυαστικά, ώστε να επιτευχθεί το καλύτερο κατασκευαστικό αποτέλεσμα. Τα πλωτά σπίτια επιλέγονται ως σημαντική λύση για τις σύγχρονες ανάγκες στέγασης σε πολλές χώρες και ιδιαίτερα στην Ολλανδία. Στην Ολλανδία - 1/3 της έκτασής της κάτω από το νερό - είναι πολύ γνώριμη και συνήθης η πρακτική αξιοποίησης του υδάτινου στοιχείου ως χώρος δόμησης . Η περιοχή του IJburg στο Άμστερνταμ αποτελεί ένα αντιπροσωπευτικό παράδειγμα οικιστικής αξιοποίησης του νερού. Στα τεχνητά νησιά της λίμνης IJssel, συνοψίζονται όλες οι μορφές δόμησης στο νερό. Η μελέτη του αστικού σχεδιασμού του συμπλέγματος των νησιών του IJburg και τα στάδια υλοποίησης της αποτελεί μέρος της διάλεξης. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά γίνεται και στην κατασκευή της "γειτονιάς νερού", Waterbuurt West , στο Steigereiland IJburg, ένα συγκρότημα 75 πλωτών κατοικιών. Ένα καινοτόμο αρχιτεκτονικό έργο της Marlies Rohmer με ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα στις εκάστοτε απαιτήσεις μιας αστικής ενότητας.	el
heal.abstract	The relationship of human beings with water are age-old. Over the years, the coastal communities lived together and evolved by exploiting the potential of the aquatic component. Today, cities face enormous challenges such as growing and uncontrolled urbanization, climate change, sustainable development. Reinforced, therefore, the need for an extension and expansion of municipal sets toward the water. Modern architecture answers the challenge and creates mobile water canvas alternative. Used various forms of construction - pole buildings, floating , bridges, amphibian -individually or in combination, in order to achieve the best construction result. The floating houses are chosen as a major solution to the housing needs in many countries and especially in the Netherlands. In Netherlands - 1/3 of area under water - it's very familiar and habitual practice of utilization of aquatic as building space. The District of IJburg in Amsterdam is a representative example of urban water utilization. In the artificial islands of Lake IJssel, all forms of building in water are summarized. The study of the urban design of the cluster of islands of IJburg and the stages of it is part of the lecture. Special reference is made in the construction of " water neighborhood ", Waterbuurt West, in IJburg Steigereiland, a complex of 75 floating houses. An innovative architectural project of Marlies Rohmer with flexibility and adaptability to the requirements of an urban section.	en
