heal.abstract	Στέγη και τροφή αποτελούν ίσως τις πιο βασικές ανθρώπινες ανάγκες που διασφαλίζουν την επιβίωση. Η παρούσα εργασία ερευνά τους τρόπους με τους οποίους συναντιούνται οι τέχνες της αρχιτεκτονικής και της μαγειρικής, συνδιαμορφώνοντας τα θεμέλια της ανθρώπινης καθημερινότητας. Ως γενικό υπόβαθρο θεωρεί ότι η κληρονομιά της έκφρασης συναισθημάτων μέσω του φαγητού συνδέεται άμεσα με συγκεκριμένους χώρους. Η εργασία ακολουθεί μια διττή μεθοδολογία ακολουθώντας μια αυτοεθνογραφική οπτική, η οποία εμπλουτίζεται από μια ευρεία θεωρητική βιβλιογραφία. Πιο αναλυτικά, παρουσιάζονται τρία άμεσα συγγενικά πρόσωπα τα οποία αντιπροσωπεύουν τρεις διαφορετικές εποχές-χρονικές περιόδους: Γιαγιά - Παρελθόν - Χωριό, Μητέρα - Παρόν - Επαρχιακή πόλη, Κόρη - Μέλλον - Μεγαλούπολη. Η έρευνα αναλύει τους επιλεγμένους χώρους, για κάθε πρόσωπο, σε 6 διαφορετικές χωρικές κλίμακες, με την πιο μακρινή τον τόπο και την πιο ειδική την ίδια την τροφή που καταλήγει στο τραπέζι του φαγητού. Για παράδειγμα, η γιαγιά αντιπροσωπεύει την χρονική περίοδο του παρελθόντος και τοποθετείται στον τόπο του χωριού, όπου υπάρχει το σπίτι, στο οποίο βρίσκεται η κουζίνα, στην οποία υπάρχει το τραπέζι, πάνω στο οποίο τοποθετούνται τα σκεύη και τέλος η τροφή. Ορίζοντας την κουζίνα ως την τομή των κόσμων της αρχιτεκτονικής και της μαγειρικής, η εργασία ξεδιπλώνει τα προσωπικά αυτά βιωματικά αφηγήματα, αναδεικνύοντας ταυτόχρονα συλλογικό τους χαρακτήρα. Ξεκινά δηλαδή από το ειδικό και το προσωπικό στοχεύοντας να κατανοήσει το γενικό και το κοινό. Έτσι η αρχιτεκτονική και μαγειρική αποτελούν αλληλένδετα πεδία πολιτισμού, ιδεολογίας και κοσμοθεωρίας κάθε κοινωνίας.	el
heal.abstract	Food and shelter are maybe the most fundamental human needs in order for one to survive. This thesis explores the ways in which architecture and cooking, can intersect, co-forming the foundations of everyday human life. As a general premise, it considers that the inheritance of expressing feelings through food is directly related to certain designed spaces. The study follows a dual methodology following an autoethnographic viewpoint, which is enriched by an extensive theoretical bibliography. Specifically, it presents three close relatives, each one representing three different periods of time and space: Grandma-Past-Village, Mother-Present-Rural Town, Daughter-Future-City. The research analyzes the selected spaces, for each person, in 6 different spatial scales, with the furthest being the overall site location and the closest the food itself which is brought upon the dining table. For example, the case of grandma represents the past and is located at the village, where there is the house, inside which there is the kitchen, where we can find the table, on top of which are the kitchen utensils and supplies, and ultimately the food. Referring to the kitchen as the intersection between architecture and cooking, the study unfolds these personal narratives, in order to show their collective character that have an intersubjective background. It starts from something specific and personal, aiming to understand what is shared and the common. Thus architecture and cooking can be seen as interconnected fields of culture, ideology and mindset within every society.	en
